TV project about the quality of services of public institutions - "Revizorro" on the TV channel "Friday!" has already won a huge number of admirers. The film crew, led by the charming presenter Elena Letuchaya, is gladly received in all cities of our vast homeland, which cannot be said about the institutions to which she, like a bolt from the blue, comes with her checks.

"Cleo" met with the fearless denouncer of restaurants, hotels and health centers in the capital's cafe "Ragu" in order to learn everything, so to speak, firsthand. Elena honestly told us how the preparation for filming is being carried out, what incidents happen behind the scenes, and at the same time about her personal life.

By education, you are a financier and you did a good job with your duties directly by profession. How did it happen that you started working in television?

There is no discovery that a person sometimes changes his profession, no. I have always wanted to have a profession that I like. I have always envied creative people who go to work, but it’s not work. They go and do their job, see the result of this business - they like it, and they also get money for it.

- Well no. My surname gave me everything. (Laughs.)

- Are you an owl or a lark?

- Owl. I work at night - in the morning I can't lift it at all.

- How do you relieve stress?

- Loneliness, yoga.

- What turns you on?

- Something new. In general, I am a very emotional person who very quickly gets turned on to something interesting and new. I am never ashamed of emotions and do not restrain them.

- Which animal do you associate yourself with?

- I love horses very much. And I was born in the year of the Horse. And one of my nicknames is Pegasik.

- Do you have a talisman?

- No.

- What melody is on your mobile phone?

- Let's listen. Here it is, and I do not remember which one. (Laughs.) Here. The chirping of some grasshopper. (Laughs.) I have cicadas on my phone!

- What is your psychological age?

- Ouch. It seems to me that a very small psychological age. I know that many do not realize their age, but I am not at all aware. My age is kind of very small, it seems to me that I still have a lot of things ahead of me. I haven’t married yet. I still have children, love, romance ahead of me.

- What is your favorite aphorism?

- There are a lot of things that I like. You can see my Instagram, I have a lot of things there, with complex hashtags. I have everything in the mood, for the photographs. There are a lot of things - about life, about love for the world around you. What makes a woman beautiful is love. Wise people lived before us, they said a lot of correct things, and I try to bring a ray of light to everyone in such images.

My parents chose the financial profession for me, so I, like an obedient girl, graduated from college, then institute, then worked for a long time in organizations. And then I realized that I want to change something, that I want a profession that I like, and started looking for myself. It just so happened that the first place I came to was the Ostankino television school. For a long time I did not understand whether I liked it or not, whether I wanted it or not, until the moment I shot my first plot. Until I came up with it, produced it, filmed it, then did the editing - that's when I realized that I really like it.

Was that a story about blood donors? (Lena's graduation project at the television school - ed.)

Yes. It was interesting for me. Then I realized that I really like television and I want to do it. It fascinated me very much. I worked for some time and at the same time filmed something, but it is impossible to combine - at some point I had to make a choice, and I made it in favor of television.

For more than a year I could not get a job, because without experience, without acquaintances, this is a big problem. I was ready to do everything: print the texts, edit - I did whatever I did, what was harnessed to the editorial offices. And then, it seems to me, life always gives some obstacles in order to check whether you really want it. They hit you with the muzzle on the asphalt, and you get up. And I wanted so badly! I even had moments when my mother said to me: "Maybe you will come back?" (Elena is from Yaroslavl - ed.) Well, there was really no money. I do not have an apartment in Moscow, I had to somehow pay for housing. I said: no, that's just one step to the side, and I will not have what I wanted. It seems to me that fate tested me, tested me, and at some certain moment someone above decided: "Well, after all, she really wants, so let's give her the opportunity!" (Laughs.) I got a job on cable TV, did author programs, and then somehow it happened - I started to gain experience, acquaintances and got a job at ZodiakMedia - I shot reality shows, for example, "Vacations in Mexico", and everything went well - off we go. Then I sat down in the chair of the editor-in-chief, then suddenly decided that I wanted to work on some TV channel and went to Channel One, and that's how it went.

How did you become the host of the Revizorro project? Dating or casting?

I produced a film (I am a producer in the first place) on the site of another TV channel - they called me and said: “Do you want to try? There is a casting. And at that time I was looking for work in the frame. It was interesting to me - for me this is a very new and more difficult job than what came before. I know production well, but it's hard to be a presenter - experience, you get big … A lot, especially with complex projects. After all, here you are not just sitting, reading something from the prompter according to the script - you are creative, you communicate with people, especially since all people are different, especially in stressful situations, especially in different cities.

In general, they called, invited to the casting. I came, tried it, liked it. We decided to take off the "pilot" with me (a trial series of the program - editor's note). Everyone really liked it - and got it.

To be honest, even until the last moment, even when I signed the contract, I did not realize that I would be the host of the program.

Your program is already loved by a huge number of Russian (and not only) TV viewers, but there are also those who treat it extremely negatively. What do you think of it?

Someone likes it, some don't - this is life. There are always people who like it. And who does not like it - I want to say: if one person is watching my program and he likes it, this information is useful for him, which means that my work is not done in vain. If you can change the life of at least one person with your work, that's already a lot. You see, you can't please everyone. I'm not trying to get everyone to love me or not to love me at all. I do my job for people, for all residents of the country, for everyone who sits in front of the TV, be it a little five-year-old girl or an adult woman. Different fans come up to me: both small, and sometimes, an eighty-year-old grandmother will come up: "Daughter, I'm watching!" There is no greater reward for me because I only work for these people. I do not engage in narcissism in the frame, it still happens to me how I look - I am a journalist first of all, I am a very difficult way to get information. I know that we have a scandalous program. Scandalous because I reveal something that no one has ever known. You went to restaurants, but until there was such a thing as "Revizorro", no one thought about what could be dirty, what could be unsanitary conditions, that there could be some kind of non-compliance with norms. And I am very glad that with our project we raised a very important social issue. This is not just a TV show - it is a social action. The program really has a very big resonance, but also a very great result - many owners of establishments write that they are correcting mistakes, the water park in Yekaterinburg was closed, in my opinion, for reconstruction - then they opened and invited guests and me. When you see the result of your work, you experience such delight. I understand that I will continue to work, because I am really changing the world little by little. And most importantly, we have so many followers - my friends, just people, TV viewers, fans are starting to pay attention to the service. They pay attention to how they are being served and start doing their little checks. Before, what did a person do when he was poorly served? Well, he will say: I will not come again, I will not leave for tea. And now the person really thought that he paid money, so the service should be of high quality. And I am pleased that the program is popular, that the program is loved and that it has its own viewers. I work only for them, and for those people who do not like my program … I hope that they will find their project on television that they will like. I will not even comment on this in any way. Everyone is interested in how the program is created, who chooses the city of visit and the institutions to which you go with the inspection?

We choose both cities and establishments, firstly, according to the reviews on the website of the TV channel "Friday!" - there is a complaint book with a huge number of reviews. We look at which city there are most of them. This is primarily done by the editorial and production teams. There is a lot of monitoring of the Internet space, they look at various well-known sites where you can book, for example, a hotel, the sites of the hotels or restaurants themselves. We choose different establishments with different reviews. And with good, and bad, and resonant. We go and do not understand - half of the people write one thing, half the second - well, let's go, think, see what's really there. Spectators help again.

There are heated discussions on the Internet about the legality of your actions. Some write that you do not have the right to enter the territory of private property, arrange searches, and take the side of the owners of the establishments, others fully support you. Who was involved in drawing up the parameters of the checks and how legal are your actions?

You understand that I have already traveled almost thirty cities, and if my actions were illegal, I would not be sitting in a cafe and drinking this wonderful herbal tea. (Laughs.) I would already be sitting somewhere in some police station.

All our actions are lawful. Before launching the project, a large number of lawyers worked, who, before launching me and the film crew directly into the institutions, thoroughly checked everything. Of course, we understand what we are entitled to and what we are not entitled to.

During inspections of establishments, you run the risk of running into inadequate owners, which is proved by cases in restaurants in Kostroma and Yaroslavl, where the owners pounced on your film crew (as far as we know, the operators and equipment were badly damaged). How do you deal with such brawlers?

I have already traveled almost thirty cities, and if my actions were wrong, I would not be sitting in a cafe and drinking this wonderful herbal tea.

We don't understand in any way. After the incident, the management of the TV channel is already engaged in this, a criminal case is being instituted against them.

As far as we know, you have a guard. Cope with his duties?

There were always guards, but when you see that several people are attacking the film crew at once, this is too much, so it was decided to strengthen the security.

You always point out the shortcomings of the service and communicate with aggressive restaurateurs and hoteliers with a smile, without raising your voice. How do you manage to control yourself, didn't you really want to put these people in their place?

It is very difficult to get me out, but two times I could hardly restrain myself. Like a saucepan - boiled. (Laughs.)

This kind of work is a constant stress. It takes a long time to recover, probably more than one package of sedatives is gone?

The only time I drank sedatives and generally used the help of doctors was Anapa. There was just the most terrible stress there. There I even asked for an injection of some kind, because I was shaking just like an aspen leaf. I was shocked by the situation. Because when you see that they are being beaten, that a security guard ran out of the restaurant in blood … At first I held on, and then asked the operator to take me aside. This was the only time. In general, I do not take sedatives - I drink herbal teas. (Laughs.)

Did the establishments try to bribe you?

It happens. And they are trying to come to an agreement. But you understand that there is so much attention to my project that as soon as if somewhere we allow ourselves at least to concede something, then … I've heard so many places that these are all advertising campaigns. I can say that not a single establishment was a promotion, and in all the establishments we visit, no one really knows about the check. I know that in some cities they will find out about my arrival and wash everything clean, they are afraid, although they do not know whether I will come to them or not. Even if I come to the city, and half of the establishments have already been washed, this is already a victory. And so I don't even want to listen to what they offer us there, because then the whole program will not make sense.

Have you encountered any extraordinary cases during inspections?

When I saw cockroaches at Shashlykov in Novosibirsk, I was shocked. Most importantly, I was amazed by what ?! They did not say: “Oh, yes, oh, cockroaches, now we will do everything, we will clean it up,” but stood calmly and said: “Why are you so worried? Well, cockroaches are running around. " I say: "You talk so calmly about the carriers of the infection, they mock right under the tables." They caused me such indignation, I say: "Well, you give !!!"

Were there any funny moments during the filming?

Yes, sometimes! We actually laugh a lot with the crew. Everyone loves to laugh when I bump my head on something or, for example, when I turn on the shower, and it suddenly pours on me - I stand there with my hair and makeup and start screaming - everyone loves such moments. (Laughs) I can laugh at myself too. We also often shoot gopro when shooting, but they don't always turn off the recording. And what are we just not filming there funny.

Outside the project, are you also demanding of service?

I have always been demanding, even before the Revizorro program, so I feel very comfortable in the role of the host. I don't have to think out somewhere, work out some situations - I behave like an ordinary consumer. I have always had a slightly overestimated exactingness. If, for example, in a hotel, the room is dirty, I will go to the administrator and ask to clean up while I take a walk. I do not go and do not speak, here you are, you are so - I just point out, calmly.

Your house is probably sterile clean?

How everyone is interested in cleanliness in my house! (Laughs.) My house is clean - I practically never go there, because I am constantly on the move. I don't have time to clean myself - a special maid comes to me and cleans everything very carefully. I am a clean person.

By the way, are you renting an apartment or have you already acquired your own?

I'm taking pictures. My own and I do not know when it will be. My dream apartment is still in my dreams.

You are a very beautiful and intelligent girl, perhaps there is simply no end to the applicants for your hand and heart?

I don't have time to clean myself - a special maid comes to me and cleans everything very carefully. I am a clean person.

There are many fans.

Is there a young man?

Not yet. I recently broke up with my boyfriend, so I'm still at work.

But there is no such thing: "How am I alone", "I need to get married", "What will people say"?

I'm not a cliché at all. For me personally, at the age of 20-25 it was too early - I could not become either a good mother or a good wife, after all, you need to enter into family life with full understanding of what you want.

I develop very logically, according to my inner world: from 20 to 30 I worked, made a career, I lived, learned a lot, traveled. Maybe, yes, there was no such person needed, but I had a serious relationship. In general, I am calm about the stamp in my passport. I believe that the man next to you absolutely does not hold this stamp in the passport - this is another story - there should be some kind of energy exchange.

I believe that a man should also have his own life, his hobbies, his own hobbies. And mine too. We must support each other. And I know for sure that there is such a relationship, and this is the relationship of my plan. Now I am ready - I understand that I would already like a family, I understand what kind of man I need, I understand what I am ready to do for this relationship, than even sacrifice. I’m even now, perhaps, if I may say so, in search. Yes. I was only 35 when I started thinking about getting married. Recently. (Laughs.)

I never had a dream to get married. Everyone has different ways, I can't judge people. Someone in their 20s has crazy love - people get married and live their whole lives, go through some obstacles together. This is wonderful. I just didn't have this, I think it's wrong if a woman is 25 and doesn't have a boyfriend, she starts to panic and get married just because she needs it. I am always very indifferent in terms of public opinion. If they say: "Oh, she's 35, and she's not married, then something's wrong with her," I don't care. I know who I am, I can defend my opinion, even if I stand on the side one, and on the other side the whole world. If I think so, I think so.

What do you do outside of work? Do you have a hobby?

I have a lot of hobbies. I keep fit, go in for equestrian sports, go to yoga. This is what I do all the time. Time now more or less allows, and therefore I renewed the subscription to the fitness club, but, however, I have never been there yet. (Laughs.)

I give master classes, talk about some subtleties of journalism, how hard it was for me, how to behave. I'm talking about my program.

I also really like to cook, to host friends at home. In general, I am homely - after the trips I sit at home and do not go out anywhere, I say: "Come all to me."

You look amazing in every episode! Do you choose your own wardrobe or is it the merit of the stylist?

I don't trust stylists at all. I have good taste, and all clothes and looks are personally chosen by me. Even if I was somehow painted incorrectly, I ask to repaint - I will not go into the frame like that. I choose everything myself, right down to the shoes. Many thanks to the channel that they entrusted me with the choice of the image.

In fact, even the whole image of the presenter was invented by me - these red lips, collected hair, such severity. Everyone liked it, and they decided to leave him.

How do you dress in real life?

I really love clothes. True, once a young man met me, and he did not even recognize me. (Laughs.) I was wearing a cap, some kind of jeans. I like to dress in different ways - I like both sportswear and classics. The only thing that is not at all close to me is the "outfits of Barbie dolls", I practically do not wear such dresses. I love restrained elegance in images, simple lines.

I love Russian designers, I sew some things to order - in general, I can call myself a shopaholic. I am very partial to fashion and buy a lot of things.

You are the host of a TV project, but do you watch any programs yourself?

In general, people watch television very little - I can say that for sure. Look. Mostly just for the sake of knowing what projects are there, who made them, in order to evaluate from a professional point of view.

I love Russian designers, I sew some things to order - in general, I can call myself a shopaholic. I am very partial to fashion and buy a lot of things.

And sometimes I watch TV shows. I'm just crazy about many TV shows. Like everyone else, I watch Game of Thrones. I watched with great pleasure "House of Cards" 2 seasons. The last TV show that I really liked is Scary Tales. One season came out, I'm still waiting for the second, why have they been filming it for so long. (Laughs.) In general, I love TV shows.

There is probably a little prejudice towards Russian TV shows, but I worked for one company, we made a film about the film, and I really liked the TV series Kitchen. I think this is one of the best projects they are doing. I know all the guys on the team, I love the actors. So we can do good serials too.

And about some projects, in addition to the professional point of view, I rarely hang around. I can say that when last year there was “Voice” (where Nargiz Zakirova was) - she turned it on and could not switch it over. The project just dragged me into it - looked, and so - rarely.

And, of course, we cannot but ask you about your last name. At first, everyone thought it was a pseudonym. Were there any funny cases related to the surname?

It turned out very well with the surname. She is very good for television. And there were funny moments all the time. At school they called me both "light" and "flying". "Where is the 'flying' one here?" (Laughs.) The first time I realized that I had some kind of unusual surname was when I was in the first grade. … All - Ivanov, Petrov, Sidorov … I am Flying, and the whole class laughed, and I was so offended. I came home and asked: "Mom, do we have some unusual surname?" Mom to me: "Why?" And I tell her that everyone laughed at me. And she told me: "You have the most unusual and coolest surname that exists, so do not worry." (Laughs.)
