- Butter. It is recommended to use only first cold pressed oil that has not been heated above 40 degrees. These are: oil (olive, sunflower, corn, linseed, pumpkin, hemp, sesame, coconut), and you can also use avocado oil, chia oil.
- Beverages. Raw water, juices that are drunk immediately after their preparation, herbal teas.
For those who like milk and sugar. Instead of milk from animals - coconut milk, almond milk. Natural honey, date syrups, Jerusalem artichoke - a substitute for beet sugar.
Raw food menu in spring, summer and winter
