  4. Butter. It is recommended to use only first cold pressed oil that has not been heated above 40 degrees. These are: oil (olive, sunflower, corn, linseed, pumpkin, hemp, sesame, coconut), and you can also use avocado oil, chia oil.
  5. Beverages. Raw water, juices that are drunk immediately after their preparation, herbal teas.

For those who like milk and sugar. Instead of milk from animals - coconut milk, almond milk. Natural honey, date syrups, Jerusalem artichoke - a substitute for beet sugar.
