- vegetable oil - 100 ml;
- salt pepper.

- greens.
Preparation:
- Boil the peeled potatoes and carrots together until tender. We prepare mashed potatoes from boiled vegetables, for which we knead the potatoes with a crush, rub the carrots on a fine grater, mix.
- Add salt, pepper and flour to mashed potatoes and carrots, knead the dough for festive occasions.

- water - 500 ml;
- vinegar 9% - 70 ml;
- bay leaf - 2 pcs.;
- ground cinnamon - 1/3 tsp;
- sugar - 2 tbsp. l.;
- cloves - 2 pcs.;
- allspice and black pepper - 2 peas each.
Preparation:
Prepare the marinade in a saucepan: pour water and lay out all the ingredients listed in the recipe for it. We put the marinade on heating, in the meantime we prepare the vegetables
Cut the onion into half rings, cut the carrots into thin slices on a special grater or with a vegetable peeler. We send the prepared vegetables to the marinade, cook over medium heat for five minutes. Add vinegar there and cook for a couple of minutes, leave to cool
We clean the herring of all that is superfluous, put it on cling film, cover it on top with a film and slightly beat it off
We put carrots and onions on thin plates of herring, put a bar of pickled cucumber on the side of the head

- zucchini - 4 pcs.;
- lentils - 150 g;
- champignons - 200 g;

Ingredients:
- tartlets - 15 pcs.;
- champignons - 300 g;
- onion - 1 head;

- lean mayonnaise;

Preparation:

Preparation:

Prepare lean mayonnaise in a suitable container by pouring liquid from a jar of peas into it, adding salt, sugar and pepper to taste, mustard, lemon juice and 2/3 of the specified amount of oil. Beat with a blender until the mass is whitened. We continue to beat, gradually adding butter and achieving the desired thickness of the sauce
- Grate baked (or boiled) potatoes, put them in the first layer in a culinary ring or a ring from a split baking dish, placing it on a plate.
- Having compacted the potato layer, grease it with lean mayonnaise and lay a layer of canned food, having previously disassembled the pieces into smaller pieces.
We distribute in turn: pickled onions, peas, grated carrots (boiled or baked), greasing each layer with the prepared sauce
- Put pickled peppers on top of the salad (preferably homemade), pre-cut into strips. We put different colors of pepper in rings, at the same time decorating the salad. Put chopped greens in the center, cover with cling film and leave in the refrigerator for a couple of hours (or more).

Herring fillet salad

- sweet pepper - 1 pc.;
- large avocado - 1 pc.;
- black olives - 200 g;
- salt to taste.

- lemon juice.
Preparation:
- Cut the cucumber into small cubes, put in a salad bowl.
- We send the rest of the prepared products to the cucumber: sweet pepper cut into strips and large pieces of free-form avocado.
