The singer owned elite real estate located in the residential complex "Kutuzovskaya Riviera". The object was put up for sale six months ago, but buyers are not found.

In October 2020, Nachalova's family put the object up for sale. The cost of housing was 100 million rubles. There were no people willing to buy real estate, so the price had to be reduced to 90 million rubles, but this did not improve the situation. According to media reports, the housing is located on the ninth floor and covers an area of 167.5 sq. m. The apartment has a luxurious design renovation, selected exclusive furniture, and the chandeliers are made of crystal. There is a huge dressing room and a tastefully equipped nursery.

Earlier, the media wrote that the apartment became the subject of a dispute due to the fact that the rights to it were declared by the former common-law husband of the singer Alexander Frolov. At a certain moment in her life, Julia found herself in a difficult situation and asked the man for money. He gave her 20 million rubles, but on the condition that Julia write off half of the apartment to Frolov.

An attempt by Nachalova to later annul the deal in court ended unsuccessfully. In 2019, the singer died, and Alexander began to demand from her family his share of real estate or the corresponding monetary compensation. The dispute remained unresolved.
