The shooting of the popular project "Dom-2" takes place near the village of Letova Roshcha, located in New Moscow, this land plot belongs to the Moscow region.

Local authorities have already notified the official owner of the reasons for the transfer of the set. Therefore, in the near future, the participants of "Dom-2" will have to move to a new location.

All amendments have already been made and recorded by the Department for Development and Construction of New Territories. Experts say that they have assessed all the damage that will be caused to the owner and are fully prepared to compensate for the loss of this land plot.

It should be noted that, according to official data, the total area where Dom-2 is being filmed is 30 thousand square meters or 3 hectares. In addition, the arrangement of the land plot and the purchase of the necessary equipment cost the organizers $ 50 million.

New Polyana

Soon, the participants should move to a “new meadow”, which is located nearby and adjacent to the residential buildings of the project. Two months later, specialists will begin to lay a road from the village of Salaryevo to Maryino, as well as place new tram lines. Now the organizers are sorting out minor problems with the documentation and starting the arrangement of a new set.

Note that the residential buildings located in this area have not been touched.

Only those premises in which the guys appear extremely rarely will fall under demolition:

• decorations (benches, bridges);
• wooden houses.

According to local authorities, the construction of the road should be completed by the end of 2018.
