With the modern pace of life, it is quite difficult to keep yourself out of stress. So you have to deal with it in a variety of ways. Someone does yoga, someone dances. The actress Ingeborga Dapkunaite also has her own way, and a rather original one.

The 52-year-old star now has a very busy work schedule. She is engaged in two film projects at once: in St. Petersburg she is filming for Alexei Uchitel in the TV series Matilda, in Moscow she is working on the Insomnia series. But despite the impressive amount of work, Ingeborg manages to maintain not only a good mood, but also excellent physical shape. The actress regularly visits the gym, and also arranges roller-skating walks.

“Of course, I'm tired,” Dapkunaite says to 7 Days. - But in this warm season I sometimes remove fatigue by roller-skating. When I have free time, I take them and go to Luzhniki or Gorky Park. I will ride for an hour and again I feel vigorous."

As a child, Ingeborga successfully went in for figure skating and basketball. Now she is a fan of football and racing, tries not to miss the matches and broadcasts of Formula 1.

Earlier, the actress said that she cannot imagine a normal life without regular strength training. “I really enjoy going to the rocking chair. I am a strange person in this sense. The hour flies by. Naturally, I will not be a bodybuilding champion, but I like the process itself. I do not know why. I'm not interested in running or riding a bicycle. Only iron! By the way, yoga is not bad either. Sometimes I attend classes. I also have a teacher. But … iron, with my fragility, I need more, paradoxically. This is what my muscles want."
