On April 16, at the Blackberry café, the popular project Geometria Open Kitchen gathers representatives of the humorous show business for a fun gastronomic experiment, which will be led by renowned chef Mark Statsenko.

Mark began his career at the age of 14, working as an assistant chef. Now he constantly takes part in professional master classes. As a member of the Federation of Professional Chefs and Confectioners of Russia, he creates a menu with an author's view of each dish. Well-known salads, hot snacks are served in an interesting way, and the usual taste is complemented by special sauces and dressings. Mark prepares mainly Russian and Italian cuisine, never ceases to amaze with simple solutions in relation to the variety of dishes.

In a new gastronomic adventure, the masters of humor will have to cook for a while two original dishes of the author's cuisine: Fun Tempura from shrimp and squid with clothespins and real aioli with ginger, Shake-Shake Gazpacho "Bloudy Mary" with tartare of avocado, mango and chili.

Upon completion of the task, each participant of the culinary show presents the prepared dish to the discerning jury, having come up with an original joke. The Open Kitchen winner will take part in the Geometria photo project "Favorite Food". Cheerful Grigory Poghosyan will be the host of the evening.

A pleasant surprise for all guests of the Blackberry café will be a special set menu, which can be tasted by booking a table in the restaurant; its cost will be 1,500 rubles.

Names of signature dishes from Mark Statsenko:

- Salmon with yuzu juice, red caviar and goat cheese topped with burnt onion cream and Crimean wine.

- Veal with parsnip puree, Madeira-lemon sauce and beetroot chips.

- Kurabye with blueberry cream and Georgian wine granite.

The musical mood of the evening will be created artists of the Black Star label: Natan, Egor KReeD, as well as singer Hanna. The latter will present a new joint composition.

Another surprise of the evening there will be a special musical set from Anna Khilkevich.
