Congratulations to all mothers on the past Mother's Day! This year, the holiday, celebrated on the last Sunday in November, is officially celebrated for the fifteenth time. Special congratulatory meetings with the participation of famous actors in maternity hospitals in Moscow have already become a tradition, and this year Georgy Martirosyan, Olga Zaitseva and Victoria Tarasova did their best.

In honor of Mother's Day, every year as part of the special program "Grow healthy, baby!" young parents in maternity hospitals receive gifts from the hands of public figures and show business stars. This year, gifts to young mothers were presented by: Georgy Martirosyan, Olga Zaitseva, Lidia Velezheva, Galina Bokashevskaya, Anastasia Denisova, Evgeny Gerasimov, Victoria Tarasova, Alexander Nosik.

The initiative to establish Mother's Day belongs to the State Duma Committee on Women, Family and Youth Affairs. The purpose of the holiday is to support the traditions of caring for women, to consolidate family foundations, to especially note the importance in our life of the main person - Mother. In all regions of the country at the end of November, cultural events, meetings with mothers of large families, and festive concerts are traditionally held. The traditional symbol of Mother's Day is forget-me-not.

Promotion "Grow healthy, baby!" was bright and interesting and brought a lot of joy to women who have just become mothers. Many companies take part in the program, so the holiday set consisted of many useful gifts.

By the way, in Russia now, according to Rosstat, there are about 77 million women. 62.4 million women have children, while just over eight million women have more than two children.
