In order not to confuse our readers, call me Ani. Relatives call me differently, Anya, Karolina, my grandmother called me Karoltsya. And the husband calls him "beloved."

By the way, your beloved became your legal husband less than a month ago, and you are now alone in Moscow … But what about the honeymoon?

All artists have an unusual life, so Murat and I have an unconventional family in this sense. Normal people go on a trip after the wedding, and I went to a concert.

First, it was the opening of the stadium in Donetsk, where the European Football Championship "Euro 2012" will take place, but now I came to Moscow to shoot a joint video clip with Timur Rodriguez for the song "Hobby". This was planned for a long time, it was impossible to reschedule, because in the fall I will start a tour of the cities of Ukraine. Therefore, Murat understood, entered the situation. He generally supports me in everything, we already have a "honeymoon" every day. And we plan to have a rest together in winter.

How Murat proposed to you? Perhaps it was very beautiful and romantic?

Yes, it was in Paris, in Lido, where we went to celebrate my birthday. We walked around the city hand in hand and went to museums. And in the evening in the famous Lido cabaret on the Champs Elysees, where Murat had reserved the best table in front of the stage, he proposed to me. Before the start of the show itself, he presented a diamond ring, asked if I would agree to be his wife. Then the symphony orchestra started playing, and Murat invited me to a slow dance. It so happened that we were the only couple who danced. All the people around us thought that we were the cabaret artists who were starting the concert, and they began to applaud us. (Smiles).

Where was the wedding celebrated? You celebrated it twice, right?

Yes, we signed in Kiev, everything was rather modest. Only the closest people were present, then there was a festive dinner in a very narrow circle.

And already such a real wedding, a whole event, took place in Turkey on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea. About 200 guests were invited, most of them are, of course, my musicians and colleagues. It was impossible to invite everyone! I am very happy, besides, my dream of a wedding by the sea has come true.

From the Turkish resort town of Belek. Murat lost his father when he was 20 years old, he has an incomplete family, but he has three sisters. He is the youngest in the family, a favorite. Murat comes from a simple family, not some super-rich, we immediately found a common language with his relatives. I am very impressed by this, because I was always looking for the wealth of the soul, I found in Murata all the qualities that I was looking for in a man.

Has anything changed after you became legal spouses? Do you feel any changes?

More love, tenderness … The depth appeared. There was a feeling that you belong to him, and he to you with all his soul.

Ani, you didn’t take your husband’s complicated surname. And when will the children be born, whose surname will you give them?

I did not take the name of Murat due to lack of time. I need to tour, but here I had to hand over my passport, all the documents for renewal. And we made a decision that we will not stop our work. And when the kids will be, I don't know, we'll see. Although I think the name is Murat, my father's. This is not a problem for us.

Speaking of children … Planning already? What kind of mom do you think you will be?

Of course, we think about children. May God grant me to be a wise mother, friend, counselor. I would like to have a trusting relationship with children, so that the first people a child turns to are parents.

Thank God that Murat is a wise man. He is not only not jealous, he always tries to monitor my emotional state. We are in touch with him 24 hours a day, if I am in the frame, he sends SMS, if not, we communicate by phone. We always know what is happening in each other's life, we need this communication. Therefore, despite the fact that we are at a distance, we can be with each other.

Where do you live now? In Ukraine, in Russia, in Turkey - where is your home?

We live in Ukraine. We have a small restaurant in Kiev, and Murat also has a Holiday travel agency.

Are you a good hostess? Can you cook?

You understand that with my schedule I cannot cook. For a normal festive dinner, you should at least go to the market to choose the products you want.

Of course, when I have time, I can cook very tasty, cook meat, salads, Ukrainian borscht. But more and more often it turns out that I am such a wandering bird, and Murat is there, meets, and he is already preparing something tasty for me.

How does your family evening usually go? Here you have a free evening, you are together - what are you doing?

There is practically no time, and if it suddenly appears, then we just need to be together. Looking at each other, holding hands, no matter where we are - in the movies, walking down the street or at home. This is already a pleasure. Now we have one problem: we cannot be together enough. We miss each other so much that we don't have to invent something. I think that we will definitely find some way out and spend more time together!

Let's talk about creativity. On September 13, you will perform in Kiev as the opening act for the American singer Anastacia. How did you get this offer?

I met Anastasia in Italy, but the acquaintance was so cursory, in my opinion, she did not even realize that she met me! (Laughs). Because I told her: “Hi! My name is Ani Lorak”, and she was already fleeing on a plane to another country. It was the Rafaella Carra show. I was invited as the winner of Eurovision, and Anastacia performed in front of me. That's how we met. In general, they follow Eurovision in Europe, therefore, when she decided to do a show in Ukraine, she and her managers received such an offer that I was the one to perform at her concert.

I don't think this is a good idea, there is something unhealthy about it. And in general, you know, I think that it was not Russia that won, but Ukraine, we were much brighter. But I don't have an ounce of resentment, because I took all the awards and as the best artist, they gave me the heart of Eurovision, and this year I received the Best Female Singer 2008 ESC Radio Award from Britain, and won the audience award, I was given some certificates.

The most important reward is the audience love that I felt. I am satisfied with life, I go forward with renewed vigor and do not regret anything.

In one of your interviews, you said that you have a plan to become Madonna's successor, that is, to achieve the same heights and success. Have you only become stronger in this thought lately? What steps are you taking to conquer the West?

Oh, did I say that? I don’t remember … Maybe I said that I really like her work, she appeals to me as a woman. I also call her the real Shady Lady - confident, independent, this is a woman who will not wait until happiness falls on her head, she goes and conquers it herself. In this case, I am on this path, for me now Russia and all post-Soviet countries are strategically important. I recently released the album "The Sun", now it is mastering the path to the viewer, to their hearts. The album is selling well, the song "Sun" has already become a favorite for many people outside the territory of Ukraine, I know that many fans from Europe follow my work and try to understand how the words of this song are deciphered. Now I try to concentrate on the material that I have recorded, and from time to time I travel to Europe. It is necessary to write an English album, a little now everything has stopped, because the crisis has broken out, we thought that while we need to travel on tour. Everything takes time. I dream that I would have two lives: one could be strategically planned, and the other - to live in peace. But I have only one life, and it is very rich: tours, personal life, besides, we must remember that I am still a woman, and sometimes apply a mask on my face and do a manicure. Therefore, I try to live in harmony, I send positive emotions into space and, of course, I want to perform at the world's best venues, preferably together with Madonna! (Laughs). But this is all a path that cannot be traversed in one second. Looking back on my life, I could not imagine that all this would happen to me.

Singer Ani Lorak, but when you go on stage, are you still worried?

Until now, every time I go on stage, it is such an insane excitement, such that it seems that I am going to die now! I think: “My God, two thousand people! Two hours! What am I going to do with them? I can not!"

A moment passes, I step over the border of the stage-stage, and suddenly some kind of force, some kind of energy pours into me, and I understand that I will perform very well now. After each concert, I do not want to leave, I sing for two and a half hours, or even all three. At the end, all the spectators are already singing, dancing, clapping.
