Tupac's ashes will be scattered

The mother of the legendary rapper Tupac Shakur Afeni plans to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the death of her son on September 13 with pathos. Afeni, a former activist of the Black Panther African-American radical organization, plans to travel to Soweto, a satellite city of Johannesburg, where she will scatter Tupac's ashes, thus paying tribute to her deceased son.

At the same time, Afeni plans to meet with the former leader of the country, Nelson Mandela. Afeni will be joined by Tupac's aunt Gloria and sister Seth Shakur. The Shakurov family is going to visit many hospitals and orphanages, as well as a recording studio, where the family, together with South African star Kwaito (Kwaito), will record an album dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the celebrity's death.

Recall that the legendary rapper was shot in 1996 in Las Vegas, at the height of the internecine rapper wars. The return of Shakur's ashes to the birthplace of his ancestors will be accompanied by a traditional African ceremony in honor of the 10th anniversary of his death.

Afeni considers herself blessed and believes that it will be a great honor for her son to rest in such an honorable place, in the homeland of African democracy.
