The famous director Yanush Yuzefovich managed to turn the theater upside down. Once he opened Broadway musicals for Russians, bringing the Metro, now he not only shocks the audience with the three-dimensional scenery of Paula Negri. Yanush Yuzefovich will personally open the second season in Moscow and will rise on the stage of the Russian Army Theater on October 29 in the guise of Ernst Lubich.

The idea of the world's first (!) 3D musical is really amazing. And first of all, by its ingenious simplicity. Yuzefovich united cinema and theater, replacing the scenery with a large (its height is about 8 meters) screen. A projector installed behind the stage broadcasts the image, so the actors literally find themselves in virtual reality. All you need to do is put on special glasses when entering the hall!

“For a year and a half I was only engaged in 3D development. I specially went to America. I was sure that something similar was already being done there. It turned out - no! Nobody combined 3D with the theater, and it occurred to me that we need to position the projector in the back, so that the audience looks at the actors, and behind them there is an image."

The dramatic story of the great silent film actress Paula Negri is complemented by an amazing special effects language. This makes the viewer empathize with what is happening on stage. If Pola Negri finds herself on the shores of a raging ocean, then the front rows are splashed with water, and if she is flying on an airplane, then everything seems to soar in the sky with her.
