A group of Danish researchers, who have studied and analyzed the structure of the male and female body for ten years, recommended that women choose the singer Beyonce as a role model, or rather, her curvaceous forms.

Professor Berit Heitmann and his colleagues concluded that a small hip circumference indicates a high likelihood of cardiovascular disease, writes The Sun.

Heitmann made a reservation that the reasons for this dependence are not fully understood, but there is evidence that the body of a woman with narrow hips, as a rule, produces less insulin. This not only leads to diabetes, but also increases the risk of cardiovascular disease.

The researchers also emphasized that obese women inevitably find themselves in the same risk group as their overly slim girlfriends.

Earlier, Japanese and Canadian researchers came to the conclusion that people with slight excess weight live longer than those who are too thin or overweight, and even surpass those of normal weight in longevity.
