Sleeveless open dresses are at the height of fashion. Designers offer brides to dress in bustier corsets (neckline without sleeves or straps), which are made either with a straight edge or in the form"

To choose the right corset, you must first see if it is made of large pieces of fabric or jewelry assembled from shreds. Only in the latter case will he sit like a glove. Make a few vigorous movements in it: a good corset is completely imperceptible on the body, and even if it is strapless, there is no reason to fear that it will slip.

When buying an outfit, you need to carefully examine it from the inside out. The seams should be neat, even, and the stitching should be well taut and continuous. In dresses of the middle level, the seams will be overcast, in exclusive models they will be closed with piping. The shoulder seam is supposed to pass exactly along the protrusion of the clavicle. Darts and reliefs on the bodice should not wrinkle, the feeling that the dress is sliding down or, conversely, going up, is unacceptable.

Since fashion has become more democratic and allows you to mix different styles, wedding dresses can be romantic, with feminine silhouettes, and quite traditional creations of tulle and organza. Complex patterns, embroidery, and various accessories such as elegant belts and trains are very popular. Unusual materials have been added, such as denim and leather, antique lace and pearls are very popular.

Bohemian fashion has become one of the most promising trends of the new season, the undoubted leader of which is Monique Lullierboldly blending different cultures to create highly exotic yet elegant silhouettes. She prefers sleeveless open dresses. One of the most graceful creations of the designer is the silk dress "Talita", a bit reminiscent of a Moroccan tunic, with embroidery on the chest.

In the 2003 collection of a duet of famous fashion designers Badgley and Bear the bride looks like a Hollywood diva. She is dazzling and clean - no additional colors, just sparkling white (only a few dresses are made of ivory). A wide variety of silhouettes - from form-fitting tight outfits to luxurious attire fit for a princess. The main emphasis is placed on ornamental beaded embroidery.

There are dresses with a wide skirt decorated with ruffles and a lace guipure top.

Leading materials are silk, light wool, tulle. The couturier created outfits that are somewhat vaguely reminiscent of ballet costumes.

The Badgley & Bear Bride is sexy enough, highlighted by open faye strapless tops, a draped train with delicate embroidery at the waist. As always, organza is popular, and the asymmetrical buttons on the side add a special chic to the presented dresses.

Spring 2003 wedding fashion show from Carolina Herrera opened a very unusual short ruffled dress, which would be perfect for an informal wedding in a narrow circle of closest friends.

A distinctive feature of the new collection is attention to the smallest details and amazing minimalism.

However, the designer also presented traditional outfits, with particular attention to the A-lines, complemented by small trains and elegant embroidery. Elegantly embroidered corsets, ribbons and beads are still in high esteem. Organza ruffles accentuate the gracefulness of the waist, embroidered with fine pearls.

Silk flowers are a favorite element of the designer. They adorn almost all dresses with open large necklines. Almost all outfits from Carolina Herrera are tight-fitting.

Spring / Summer 2003 collection Rome Acre funny, hot and very spicy. Her bikini-like bridal gowns would be perfect for a beach wedding. Elegant ruffles and a lace cape, as well as delicate, carefully executed embroidery gave elegance to the outfit.

Ivory denim wedding dresses from Rome Acra are trimmed with shimmery gold embroidery, creating a feeling of incredible luxury and wealth.

Vera Wong preferred graceful A-silhouettes and feminine, carefully beaded corsets. The dresses are skilfully accentuated by elegant ribbons and tulle lining. Ivory silk corsets with a crimped center add a special chic to the collection. The silhouette is quite loose, the fabrics are transparent, the emphasis is on carefully embroidered inserts, which achieve a special romantic mood.

The bride from Vera Wong has a fairly good waist, which she emphasizes in every way with the help of graceful straps. The open neck gives the dresses the necessary sexuality, the asymmetrically draped skirt is modern chic.

Three or four years ago, lace and layering returned to fashion (when at least one more layer is put on top of the bottom dress made of dense fabric - transparent), and since then these details have firmly established themselves in the wedding classics. Dresses, cut along the slant, without sleeves, with an open back, have become fashionable. Their only decor is satin ribbons, which are used to lace the neckline of the dress at the back or wrap around the waist several times. Also pleasing to the eye are piquant little slip dresses made of lace, with one strap, suitable for petite brides.

An important detail of a wedding dress is a veil. They say that the longer the veil, the longer the family life. Usually the veil is chosen in the same color as the dress. If the outfit includes several shades, then the veil should be white. An alternative option is a scattering of flowers in a hairstyle to match the tone of the dress.

And the last thing: it is better to buy a wedding outfit than to sew: having tried it on in the store, the bride will immediately see whether it suits her face, whether it fits well, and if this is really the dress that she wanted. By the way, the price of an outfit consists of: the cost of fabric (natural materials are much more expensive than artificial ones); the cost of accessories (rhinestones that are very popular today can be cheap - Czech or fabulously expensive - from Swarovski); the number of hours that the craftswomen spent on sewing the dress; the name of the master (a model from a famous couturier will be much more expensive than a dress made by an unknown dressmaker); the circulation of the model (dresses made in large quantities are many times cheaper than exclusive outfits).
