Have you already hidden your summer shoes? Well done. I, too, got tired of bumping into a long line of sandals, flip flops, light-colored shoes in the corridor. The other day I overcame my nostalgia for summer and, having found the strength in myself, put all the diversity and diversity into boxes. It became easier to breathe. From a sense of accomplishment.

Season change ?! We urgently need to revise the wardrobe, change the face cream, get ready for the winter, go outside more during the day (you must once see a natural light), enjoy the last joys of a vegetable diet and enroll in an aerobics group. In such weather, you often want to eat and sleep, so you need to take care of the impossibility of a "bearish" lifestyle in advance.

We act with the wardrobe according to the same principle as with the shoes: out of sight, out of the wardrobe. We change nylon and synthetics to cotton and natural wool. Mini-skirts - for jeans, silk scarves - for knitted scarves.

A moisturizing face cream should not be put in the trash bin if it still has a place to be in a tube (box): it is best to change the time of application now, and not the cream itself. So, nourishing (which has more fat) you apply as a day, and at night you will provide your skin with water using a moisturizer.

Owners of oily skin can be recommended at the moment washing with ice cubes. With dry and normal skin, experts advise applying the nourishing cream no earlier than an hour before going outside.

Any skin becomes drier in cold weather. Windy weather, frost … - facial treatment alone is not enough. It is also necessary to use nourishing lotions, body milk. It is very good to combine the rubbing of oils and the application of cosmetics with a light massage, not only will their effect intensify, the massage will improve blood circulation, metabolism in cells, moreover, it is pleasant along with its usefulness, which means it will cheer you up. And it, according to doctors, is winter-depressive from a lack of light, because the level of melatonin in the blood rises, from which you often get tired, dream of deep sleep and fall into a blues.

On the advice of the classics, two things help the blues: the Nobel Prize and a hot bath. If the first does not threaten (in the near future), then the second should be treated with special vigilance. To begin with, you should dispute the fact of the usefulness of a "hot" bath. Coming from the cold, sinking into a hot bath, you may warm up faster, but at the same time you will drastically change the temperature, and this threatens at least with an increase in blood pressure. Therefore, the bath in any case should be warm (36-38 degrees C).

An abundance of foam - for those with oily skin, for dry skin - soft cream baths, healing infusions and oils. Salt baths (1.5 kg of salt for a full bath) refresh well; a bath with the addition of whole milk and honey gives the skin softness and silkiness, milk is especially recommended for owners of sensitive skin; coniferous supplements increase blood circulation; rosemary increases vitality; lavender reduces stress; and melissa soothes.

It is clear that a little bit pleasant, so you cannot bask in the bathroom for a long time (more than 20 minutes).

It is good to finish taking water procedures with such a massage - sit down, stretch and massage the body in circular movements from the tips of the toes to the heart, and then from the hands to the heart as well. If you have the opportunity to visit a sauna or steam room, you should not neglect this effective way to strengthen the immune system. A person who regularly goes to the bath is always better protected from colds, because his immune system is excellent at coping with sudden temperature fluctuations.

It is clear that in such weather it is as easy as shelling pears to catch a sore throat. It is known that there is no better protection than the introduction of vitamin C into the diet (which, by the way, also stabilizes the psyche). It was not for nothing that Linus Pauling, who was professionally involved in vitamins, recommended taking vitamin C in megadoses, since the "king" of vitamins consists of literally some merits. Among his auxiliary tasks: help with varicose veins, elimination of folds and wrinkles, strengthening of connective tissues and much more.

It is clear that in the coming season, the consumption of foods that are sources of the "king" of vitamins is especially important. These are the most famous and especially rich in vitamin C: black currants, rose hips, bell peppers, Brussels sprouts, kiwi (which has three times more vitamin content than oranges), strawberries, grapefruits, lemons.

It must be remembered that culinary processing destroys vitamins up to 80%, and it is necessary to peel off the peel from the fruit as carefully as possible, because directly underneath it contains the greatest amount of vitamin C.
