35-year-old actor Danila Kozlovsky, who recently became a father, found himself at the center of a scandal. One of his fans, Elizabeth Vidus from St. Petersburg, claims that through the fault of the actor she received serious injuries. The event, which became fatal for a woman, took place on the stage of the Academic Maly Drama Theater in 2019.

In December last year, Vidus attended the play "Hamlet", where the main role was played by the star of the film "Trainer" Danila Kozlovsky. An unpleasant incident occurred right in the middle of Kozlovsky's performance: a 50 cm long metal flute that he was holding in his hands accidentally flew straight into the audience hall and injured Elizabeth's head.

The production was not interrupted, and Danila, as if nothing had happened, continued to play, not even paying attention to the spectator. Elizabeth, with the help of her friend, was able to get to the first-aid post, which is located in the theater, but there were no necessary medicines there. Subsequently, Vidus turned to another clinic, where she was diagnosed with a suspicion of head injury. For the treatment of a bruised soft tissue wound, the woman paid more than 12 thousand rubles.

Now Elizaveta has applied to the Kuibyshevsky court, which has already accepted her claim. The woman demands compensation for the damage that Kozlovsky inflicted on her: both material and moral. Elizabeth demands from the actor that he reimburse her the money spent on treatment and a ticket to the theater, the unreceived salary in the amount of 38 thousand rubles, as well as a million rubles for moral damage. Kozlovsky himself has not yet commented on this situation.
