  1. Take a starting position while standing.
  2. Align your back, and place your arms along the body.

  4. Jump up sharply. It is necessary to straighten your legs as quickly as possible. Feet will need to be torn off the floor by several tens of centimeters.
  5. Concentrate on landing on slightly bent legs. This should be done as low as possible.

Usually this exercise is performed with weights. But beginners should do their own weight training. As soon as you become confident in your abilities, you can try to perform the exercise with weights. But if in the process it is not possible to keep balance, it is worth returning to the original version.
