It is not surprising that the nervous system works as a defense mechanism, it must protect you from external and internal stimuli, therefore in every possible way makes it clear: "You are doing something wrong, stop, take a break." If you do not listen to your body in time, you can later pay a very high price: distracted attention and anxiety will develop into stress, prolonged depression, insomnia, problems with the cardiovascular system and hormonal disruptions. Not only do you lose interest in life, you work to the limit of your capabilities, but you also do not look the best outwardly: the skin grows dull, a shadow appears under the eyes, and, to be honest, the eyes themselves seem glassy, extinguished.

1. Business - time, rest - time. We want to say only one thing: you cannot work for wear and tear and at the same time not rest at all. The body will begin to protect itself from overwork, hoping that you will suddenly get sick, take sick leave and, finally, get enough sleep. Therefore, do not underestimate the importance of relaxing or active recreation, it can work wonders and prevent the most severe nervous breakdowns.

Therefore, relax: your haircut will not run away from you anywhere, and a romantic dinner with your husband can be postponed to a weekend.

If you feel that your brain is gradually turning off, you should immediately take measures that will help relieve nervous tension and make you a person with a twinkle in your eyes again.
