  • 250 g granulated sugar;
  • 2 tbsp. l. salt;
  • black pepper and sweet peas to taste;

  • 2 tsp vinegar essence.

Preparation:

Sort the tomatoes and prepare, cut into medium-sized slices. Send to a container suitable for cooking, wait for active boiling

Process the pepper: remove all unusable parts, stalks and seeds. Cut into strips 1, 5 cm thick

  • Turn off, rub in small portions through a sieve. The result is a clean tomato: no seeds, no skins.
  • Measure 4 liters of tomato, send back to the pot.

  • Boil again. Meanwhile, peel the garlic by dividing it into wedges. Cut into slices. Add to boiled tomato juice.
  • Send oil, sugar, salt, black and allspice peas here and stir.
