Ingredients:
- 150 grams of Peking cabbage;
- 150 grams of fresh champignons;
- 1 apple;
- 1 carrot;
- 150 grams of ham;
- 200 grams of boiled chicken meat;
- 1 chicken egg;
- 100 grams of sour cream;
- 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sunflower oil;
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice;
- 100 grams of mayonnaise;
- 1 bunch of fresh parsley;
- 5 quail eggs;
- salt, ground black pepper - to taste.
Preparation:
- Rinse fresh herbs, fruits and vegetables under running water.
- Cut the mushrooms into thin strips, put in a frying pan preheated with sunflower oil, fry until golden brown.
- Chop the Chinese cabbage into thin strips.
- Chop a fresh apple (to avoid darkening, you can sprinkle it with a spoonful of lemon juice), carrots, chicken, egg and ham.
- Set aside a small amount of prepared ingredients, they will be needed to decorate the salad.
- Chop parsley, mix with lemon juice, mayonnaise and sour cream. Let's get the sauce for salad dressing.
- Add the fried mushrooms to the remaining ingredients, season with pepper and salt to taste. Season with ready-made sauce and stir.
- Put the salad in the form of a nest on a flat dish. Make the sides a little higher than the middle. Decorate them with the set aside ingredients.

Ingredients:
- 300 grams of champignons;
- 2 ripe tomatoes;
- 70 grams of hard cheese;
- 250 grams of ham;
- 3 boiled eggs;
- 1 onion;
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sunflower oil;
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of butter;
- salt, freshly ground pepper - to taste;
- mayonnaise - for salad dressing.
Preparation:
- Cut the ham into medium cubes.
- Rinse ripe tomatoes under running water, remove the stalks, cut into small cubes.
- Grind the cheese on a medium grater.
- Peel, grate or chop the eggs with a knife.
- Cut the mushrooms washed under running water into strips or cubes.
- Chop the peeled onions as small as possible.
- Preheat a frying pan, melt the butter. Put chopped onion, add a pinch of salt to taste, fry until soft over low heat.
- Remove the onion from the pan using a perforated spoon. Put mushrooms in the remaining hot oil, salt, sprinkle with ground pepper, fry until the liquid has completely evaporated. After reducing heat, continue to fry until golden brown.
- Put the ready-made mushrooms on a paper towel to get rid of excess fat.
- Combine chopped ham, fried onions, mushrooms, cheese, eggs and tomatoes in a deep salad bowl.
- Season with salt and sprinkle with ground pepper to taste, season with mayonnaise. Stir, decorate the finished dish with herbs and serve.
Optionally, add medium-sized sweet peppers to the salad.
Easter Egg Salad

- 2 carrots;

Preparation:

- Boil hard-boiled eggs.
- Fry the onions over medium heat using sunflower oil. Then add the grated carrots and continue to fry until tender. Salt a little to taste.

- Rinse the rice several times so that the water becomes completely transparent, boil until tender.
- Rinse carrots and boil until tender.
- Boil eggs for 10 minutes.

- Finely chop the green onion, fresh parsley and dill separately.
