Hello! And right away we want to warn you that in today's issue of the "Beauty for a Million" column we will not talk about the real participants, but about one of the heroines of the previous season. It is so accepted in our project that even after "parting" with the heroes, we continue to follow their fate. So it happened with Natalia - a participant in the fourth season. Its final has already taken place, but the final transformation, due to the need for long-term dental treatment, took a little time. We invite you to evaluate the results of our joint work together!
Beloved and dear ones! I am glad again, albeit for one issue, but again to feel like the central character of the beauty project "Beauty for a Million". Yes, I have already "graduated", but this does not mean that the coordinators have forgotten about me. On the contrary, over the past six months, I continue to regularly meet with my wonderful doctor Oleg Ivanovich Timoshchenko at the Face Smile Center clinic and communicate with the girls from Kleo.
Despite the fact that I am already out of the scope of the project, the attitude towards me in the clinic has not changed at all! Everyone is still eager to help me, they are interested in my well-being, and, of course, they continue to restore the aesthetics of my smile.
So these months passed unhurriedly … I was patient and finally waited until the doctor happily informed me that I had to say goodbye to temporary teeth and get ready for the installation of new, already permanent dentures! This is real happiness!
The procedure passed quickly enough, and even anesthesia did not need to be administered. New teeth are, of course, real space! Temporary structures looked natural, they certainly helped me out, but they still caused a little discomfort. Permanent dentures are another matter! I absolutely do not feel them, they are so natural that sometimes it seems to me that I was born with such teeth.
Now that I have become the owner of such luxurious teeth, I can confidently say: my smile pulls not only a million, but a whole billion!
Once again I want to say a huge thank you to the entire team of the "Beauty for a Million" project. I also do not cease to thank the staff of the Face Smile Center clinic. Well, and a special thank you to my coordinator Anna, who was constantly in touch and managed to organize my entire long journey to beauty!

Comment of the orthopedic dentist:Natalia received ALL-ON-4 treatment. What it is? This is a type of treatment in which all missing teeth of the upper and / or lower jaw are restored. Then the patient is fitted with a fixed prosthesis, which is fixed on four implants using special multi-units. Such dentures, unlike standard removable ones, do not need to be taken out of the mouth for cleaning, they do not rub, and they remain motionless while chewing and talking. With all the advantages described, they have another important advantage - they look absolutely natural, like natural teeth. Natalia noted this. With the standard treatment with removable dentures, many patients find it very difficult to get used to them, the adaptation process takes a lot of time. ALL-ON-4 prosthetics allows you to restore not only teeth, but also bone tissue lost as a result of atrophy, which occurs as a result of a long absence of teeth. These prostheses create support for the soft tissues of the face, smoothing out wrinkles and nasolabial folds, preventing the upper lip from drooping, which gives the face a youthful appearance. In Natalia, we can clearly see how, after the prosthetics, her nasolabial folds disappeared, her upper lip became visible and volume was added in the area of the lower third of her face. Plus there's a new gorgeous smile. The rejuvenating effect of this type of prosthetics is minus 10-15 years. Usually, prostheses are fixed together with the installation of implants, that is, on the day of surgery. But at Natalia they were installed later, as other surgical procedures were performed on the face. First, temporary acrylic prostheses were made for her for six months for adequate integration of the implants. Natalia was able to chew immediately after their placement, in contrast to conventional implantation techniques. Now, six months later, we have made permanent dentures - fixed bridge hybrids on a titanium bar with IVOCLAR acrylic teeth (CAD / CAM). In addition, I note that the lower third of the face of each person is an important department that provides three significant functions for life: chewing, breathing and smiling. ALL-ON-4 prosthetics allows you to restore the lower third of the face and thereby support these three vital functions.
