- passport of both spouses or one of them, if the family is incomplete;
- SNILS of all family members;
- birth certificate of a child (children);
- bank details for crediting funds;
- documents confirming the existence of other income, if any.
No additional certificates are required to be presented, since all the necessary information is requested by the MFC employees on their own.
The application is subject to mandatory registration, indicating the date of admission and assigning an individual number.
How to apply through the State Service portal
Submitting an application through the Single Portal of the State Service becomes possible only if you have a confirmed account.
Step-by-step instruction:
- After authorization on the site, the user should activate the "Submit application" option. The button is at the bottom of the page.
- Next, you should check the correctness of the data (filled in automatically from the profile on the State Service website). Change them if necessary.
- Then the following information is entered into the form:
Registration address and passport details of the applicant
Additional income (if any). A hint will appear on the page with information about which incomes should be excluded from the calculation
Details of minor family members and second spouse, ticking the name of the child for whom the payment is being made
Data of the child's birth certificate: place and date of issue of the document, the name of the state institution, the number of the act record (not to be confused with the number of the certificate). If there are other children in the family, information about them is also entered into the application form by clicking the "Add" button
Full name of the spouse, his SNILS number, date of birth, details of the deed of marriage
Passport data of the spouse, information about her (his) additional income
Method of receiving payment: through a bank organization or post office
The numbers of the current and correspondent accounts and the BIC of the financial institution - details are published on the bank's website
After activating the "Submit application" button, the user will be redirected to the page with the application number and status
The notification letter on registration of the application will also be sent to the applicant's e-mail.
Terms of consideration
The decision on the appointment of the payment is made within 10 working days. In some cases (for example, if information from other departments is delayed), the period can be extended up to 20 working days.
If for any reason the payment was made in the appointment, the applicant must be informed about this within one working day from the date of the relevant decision.
You can track the status of the application on the State Service portal in your personal account. Notifications will also be sent by e-mail.
The allowance is issued for a year, after which it is necessary to apply again for its accrual.

Changes in the procedure for assigning payments
According to the presidential decree, the amount of monthly compensation corresponds to 50% of the subsistence level in force on the territory of a particular constituent entity of the Federation for the year of circulation. Recall that earlier the PM value for the second quarter of the last year was taken as the basis.
The payment is subject to annual indexation following the increase in the size of the child's subsistence allowance.
The amount of state aid will be doubled if, taking into account the benefits received, the financial situation of the family does not improve.

If, after 20 days, the applicant has not received a notification of the appointment of the benefit, it is necessary to contact the territorial department of social security and find out why the application was left without movement.
If you receive a refusal, you should also clarify the reason. In case of an erroneous filling of the form, it is enough just to enter the corrected information and re-apply.
If there are no legitimate reasons for making a negative decision, experts recommend filing a complaint with the appropriate authorities.
The PFR branch acts as the initial instance. The employees of the department are obliged to explain to the applicant the reason for the refusal and further actions. If necessary, accept the complaint and consider it within 10 working days.
The applicant must keep a copy of the complaint-statement indicating the date of acceptance.
The lack of a result on the part of the FIU is the basis for contacting the prosecutor's office.
