To give it a more elegant look, draw dots with a marker or felt-tip pen, creating a garland. The trunk can be made with tape, the twigs can be painted with acrylic paint or drawn with pencils.
3. You can make a Christmas tree for a postcard from pieces of newsprint or cut it out on sheets of an unnecessary book using a template. And then stick it on the postcard.
4. No less interesting will look a New Year's tree created from circles folded in half made of paper or cotton pads. Gluing them, we fix the blanks in such a way that the tree expands to the bottom. As a decoration, we use acrylic paint, drawing patterns in the form of snowflakes. Or we grease the base of the tree with glue and scatter small pieces of cotton wool and beads over it.

5. If you do not have the ability to draw and create animal silhouettes using templates, you can make very simple DIY New Year 2019 cards. This does not require special talents for needlework. Would need:

• glass or compasses;
• simple pencil;
• scissors;
• paper glue;
• blue colored paper;
• white gouache paint;
• black marker or finished eyes;
• preparation of snowflakes;
• A4 sheet;
• black, orange and red cardboard.

Progress:

• Fold the blue colored paper in half.
• Draw circles of the same diameter on it using a simple pencil and paint over with white paint. Leave to dry.
• We make circles for the body of white paper, tracing them in a glass or using a compass. Cut out.

We fold 6 blanks in half. We glue one circle to the base for the postcard, and the other to it. Glue the rest into the middle of the body

We make two balls of the snowman voluminous, and leave the head normal

• Cut out a hat, a scarf and a carrot from colored cardboard. We glue it to the postcard. We fix the eyes or draw them with a marker.

Postcard "Adorable Pig"

Would need:

• white cardboard;
• a napkin with a beautiful pattern;
• pink paper;
• pink pencil;
• black and pink markers;
• simple pencil;
• PVA glue;
• scissors;
• 2 beads;
• pig pattern.

Cut out the details of the pig along the lines. We apply it to the pink paper and outline it. We cut out the blanks

• We draw a 15x15 cm square on white paper and cut it out.

• We glue and leave to dry.
• We collect and glue the parts of the pig using a small amount of glue. Then the workpiece will look neat.

Kids are still poor at working with various materials, but they always gladly accept the offer to do something with their own hands. Therefore, any child will be happy to have the opportunity to make a postcard on their own under the guidance of adults.

Would need:

• white and dark paper;
• paints;
• PVA glue and glue stick;
• sequins of any color;
• small buttons;
• black beads;
• preparation of "carrots" and a scarf from any material.

Progress:

• Cut out a rectangle from A4 sheet and let the baby color it in blue or blue. Leave to dry completely.
• Cut out a larger rectangle from dark paper and glue the blank onto it.

We give the baby PVA glue so that he independently draws circles in the form of a spiral on the basis for the postcard

• While the drawing is not dry, we sprinkle it with sparkles. Leave to dry for half an hour. Then we shake off the excess.
• We help the kid to glue buttons and blanks for decorating a snowman.

If there are no glitters, you can use salt or foam colored with gouache. The postcard in this version will look no less interesting

Postcard "Fairy house"

A postcard that is simple in design will look like a real work of art made by a professional craftsman. It can be safely used to congratulate loved ones or presented as a gift to a teacher at school.

Would need:

• a piece of cardboard box 12x17 cm;
• wine stopper;
• acrylic paint in white and gold;
• Eskimo sticks - 2 pcs;
• Moment glue or glue gun;
• lace napkin;
• decorative braid;
• narrow lace - 20 cm in length;
• elements of winter decor cut from a napkin;
• artificial snowflakes and spruce branches;
• scissors and a stationery knife;
• a ruler and a simple pencil or pen.

Progress:

1. Cut off the excess from the cardboard, forming the roof. Remove the top layer from it so that the ribbed part appears.
2. We brush with white acrylic on the “logs of the house” to make them more visible.
3. We glue the lace on the roof and put ice cream sticks on top.
4. Cut out the middle from the napkin using a clerical knife and place the resulting circle in the place of the window. We glue it.
5. We cut a wine cork with a knife and glue it along the sides of the house, creating an imitation of logs protruding forward.
6. The elements cut from the napkin are carefully glued into the round window.
7. Cut out strips of 5 mm wide from cardboard and make a frame for the window. Glue and cover with gold acrylic.
8. Paint over all the brown elements of the postcard with white and leave to dry for 5 minutes.
9. We glue the remaining decorations to the roof of the house.
10. The congratulatory part can be cut out of an old postcard and glued to the foundation of the house. On the reverse side, it will also be interesting to look at poems written by hand or printed on a printer and glued to cardboard.

Budget postcard like from a store

Original postcards can be made in 5 minutes. However, they can be a great addition to any gift.

Would need:

• golden cardboard;
• simple pencil;
• white gouache or acrylic;
• black marker;
• colored markers;
• white gel pen.

Progress:

1. Cut out a rectangle from cardboard.
2. We draw a bear on the basis for a postcard.
3. Paint over the base with white paint. If necessary, paint over in two layers to make the drawing look brighter and more interesting.
4. Sketch the nose with a felt-tip pen and draw the eyes.
5. Using a colored felt-tip pen of any color, we stroke the body of the bear, creating a pattern. These can be check marks, dots and simple oblique lines, or something more complex.
6. Add a dotted pattern to the background of the card with a white gel pen.
7. To make the greeting card look more interesting, we tie a licorice candy with an artificial pine branch and cinnamon sticks to it with a twine.
8. Additional decor on an interesting craft can be created at your own discretion. A small chocolate bar or any other sweets combined with New Year's attributes will look interesting.

The most interesting thing in creating postcards is spending time together with children, who perceive creative work with parents as a responsible task. And even if it does not work out to make a beautiful postcard the first time, the child will still be happy that he managed to please the people close to him.
