Step-by-step instruction:

To make crafts of the symbol of the year for the New Year 2022 with our own hands, we first prepare salted dough for school. We mix 200 g of flour with the same amount of salt, add 180 ml of cold water, but not immediately, but gradually, then pour in 1 tbsp. l. sunflower oil. Knead the dough for 15-20 minutes. It should be soft, elastic and not sticky to your hands

From a piece of dough we form a slightly oblong ball - this will be the base of the tiger cub. Roll another piece of dough into a sausage and cut into 4 pieces. We roll up a small oval sausage - a tail. Smaller balls are ears. The feet consist of one large ball and three smaller ones. Slightly flatten the large ball and fix the other three to it - these are fingers. To make them stick well, we go through the attachment points with a brush moistened with water

• We attach the tail of the tiger cub to the body.
• Next, we proceed to the muzzle. We make it from a small piece of dough rolled into a ball.
• We attach the ears to it, flatten it slightly. We glue the eyes on a moistened surface, in the middle of the pupils, made of dough of a different color. We make cheeks in the same way.

• We add an important detail - we cut through the nostrils with a knife. The tiger looks more interesting with them.
• With a toothpick we make points on the cheeks from which the mustache will stick out.

We moisten the tummy, attach it to it by lightly pressing the paw. We put our head on a toothpick and put it on the body

• If you wish, you can make a hat and a scarf for a tiger cub, or a forelock. So the craft will take on an unusual look.
• We paint the product with paints, apply strips and send it to dry in a slightly preheated oven.
• When the craft is completely dry, we cover it with varnish.

• Having stepped back 3 cm from the edge, we sew the circle along the contour with long stitches. We tighten the thread - a knot is obtained. We fix it so that it does not bloom.
• On the upper legs in the lower hole we fix the thread, alternately string black and orange knots on it, passing the needle through the center.
• Having strung all the knots, we fix the thread in the hole of the lower legs. If the thread is pulled tighter, the body will be smaller, freer - on the contrary, longer.
