Since 2006, the Cup of the Olympic sports complex annually reveals the names of new teams from various cities of Russia. The number of participating teams is growing every year.

This year, 30 teams from various cities of Russia will go on the ice in the "Olympic": Moscow, Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Tolyatti, Samara, Yoshkar-Ola, Volzhsk, Pervouralsk, Novouralsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Arkhangelsk, Bryansk, Orenburg, Tver, Krasnoyarsk, Omsk and others.

Synchronized figure skating is a very entertaining sport. Indeed, in contrast to traditional figure skating, 12-16 people go out on the ice at the same time (while the evaluation system is similar to that of figure skating).

And despite the fact that synchronized figure skating has not yet been included in the Olympic sports, its popularity both in the world as a whole and in Russia is growing every year.

It should be noted that in Russia this sport began its development relatively recently - in the late 90s (and meanwhile in the West in the 60s and 70s). The Olympic Sports Complex is the founder of synchronized skating for children and youth in Russia. Since 2000, more than 60 athletes of the 1st category and more than 50 candidates for master of sports in this sport have been trained here.

All performances take place in the ice center of the Olympic sports complex (Olimpiyskiy pr., 16, bldg. 1)
