The famous Russian singer Valery Leontiev is celebrating a round date today. The People's Artist turns 65, no matter how hard to believe it. But for a star of such magnitude as Valery Yakovlevich, this is by no means a "respectable age."
He became famous more than thirty years ago, after winning a music competition in Yalta in 1980. Since then, Leontiev almost constantly pleases his fans. His portfolio includes hundreds of songs and 19 studio albums. Almost every year, the artist tries to present a spectacular show.
As befits a creative personality, in honor of his birthday, Valery Yakovlevich will present a new show "Space Concert, or Three Happy Days with Valery Leontiev." The residents of St. Petersburg will be the first to see the new production, which the celebrity describes as a "high-class world-class show" - it has become a tradition for the performer to celebrate his birthday in the Northern capital. A little later Leontyev will give a concert in Moscow.
The birthday boy has already told the press that he is in great shape. Both physical and creative. He has a lot of interesting ideas and ambitious plans. “For the ridiculously short time, which is given to us, the majority really do not have time to do anything. It seems to me that I have not yet lived at all, and by my inner feelings I am much younger than the passport age,”assures Leontyev.
In a recent interview with Komsomolskaya Pravda, the artist even spoke about his superpowers. “I don’t communicate with spirits, I don’t look for a philosopher’s stone, I don’t mutter spells. But acquaintances assure that I have inexplicable abilities. They say I read their thoughts, relieve headaches, dream of them in dreams that come true … I myself do not realize this, - said the singer. - But, for example, I am interested in energy exchange with people, because without it there will be no return at concerts. I try to accumulate energy and then pump the audience off the stage, so that people leave filled with my vitality and then be on the rise for a long time already in their realities. In this I am a mystic, that's for sure. I was born with this ability, I just developed it throughout my life."
