Fashion weeks continue. One of these days, one of the most anticipated - the Milan one - has ended. The most famous brands - Dolce & Gabbana, Gucci, Versace and many others - showed their vision of the new season. Traditionally, we will look at the most interesting collections that were presented.

Dolce & gabbana

The Italian duo Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana remain true to themselves and their style. They barely change their silhouettes from season to season - feminine, inspired by the style of Sophia Loren and other Italian style icons - but they always find something to surprise. This time, the designers were inspired not only by their native Sicily, but also by Ancient Rome. This is how prints with images of historical architecture appeared, the abundance of gold and even ancient coins increased, becoming the basis for accessories and jewelry.

Versace

In the new collection, Donatella Versace paid tribute to her great brother Gianni Versace, remembering and almost literally quoting everything for which the generation of the nineties adored him. The spring-summer line turned out to be bold, daring, sexy. At the same time, it is quite diverse in styles. There was a place in it for everyday skinny jeans and shirts, and light dress-sundresses for walks and cocktails, and, of course, glamorous evening dresses with seductive draperies and golden trim.

Etro

Etro has long been faithful to its aesthetics of ethnic style and casual chic. The new collection is no exception. It was dedicated to Africa and was based on colorful silk scarves. It seems that most of the outfits, wrap dresses, long sundresses and even loose trousers are sewn from ordinary scarves (or even simply created with the help of drapery). Bold combinations of colors and prints do not confuse, on the contrary, they make the images more interesting.

Brothers Dean and Dan Kaiten remembered the Hollywood stars of the fifties and sixties, who lived in luxury, even went to the beach in full dress and did not hesitate to show off their feminine figures. The collection includes ultra-short shorts and tops, similar to the top of a swimsuit, tight breeches, capes made of silk or reptile skin, as well as cocktail dresses with open shoulders and fluffy skirts. The color gamut is very wide - from monochrome white, blue and coral to animal and floral prints.

Gucci

Gucci presented a very sensual collection inspired by the style of the East. Loose tunics, dressing gowns, large floral patterns - all this will clearly become a trend next summer. Separately, I would like to note the fabrics - thin, flowing, simply luxurious.

Fendi

The fashion house Fendi was also inspired by the East, but presented it in a more modern and even sporty style. The main highlight of the collection are geometric layers on dresses and tops, as well as a cut similar to the origami technique. The color scheme is quite simple - shades of blue, pink, beige and white are used. One cannot but appreciate the accessories using the brand's favorite material - colored fur.

Roberto cavalli

Designer Roberto Cavalli presented a very delicate collection inspired by the twenties (remember at least the recent film "The Great Gatsby"). It included light flowing dresses made of translucent fabrics, decorated with frills, beads and embroidery. The main thing that makes the whole line airy and romantic is the colors. The master used exclusively a pastel palette.
