On November 30, the leading artists, authors and producers representing the genre of the musical in Russia gathered all together to celebrate their professional holiday - the Day of the Musical. Musical Day is a unique event that, according to an annual tradition, unites everyone involved in one of the most beautiful stage genres!

The Musical Day was founded in 2009 at the initiative of Vladimir Tartakovsky and Alexei Bolonin, producers of the musicals "Monte Cristo" and "Graf Orlov". The holiday was grandiose and in 7 years has already become a recognized and noticeable event in the secular and cultural life of Moscow.

This year, more than 200 guests took part in the Day of the Musical at the Shakti Terrace restaurant, including Larisa Dolina, Ekaterina Guseva, Gosha Kutsenko, Yegor Druzhinin, Valeria Lanskaya, Teona Dolnikova, Boris Grachevsky, Irina Medvedeva, Mikhail Shvydkoy, Valery Syutkin, Leonid Yarmolnik, Julius Guzman, Gediminas Taranda and many others.

The winner is chosen by the artists themselves, each of whom votes for their favorite colleague. According to the results of the vote count, "Favorite Artist of Artists" was chosen Igor Balalaev … It is noteworthy that colleagues thus confess their love to the soloist of the musicals "Count Orlov" and "Monte Cristo" for the sixth time in a row. "Favorite Artist of Artists" was recognized Teona Dolnikova, star of the musical "Count Orlov".
