The final stage of preparation for the heating season will be the preparation of a technical passport and an acceptance certificate.

Heat supply conditions prescribed by law

According to the law on heat supply, in Russia, heat must be supplied to residential premises from the moment the average daily outside temperature reaches + 8 ° C and lasts for more than 5 days in a row. At the same time, the heat supply must be stable.

According to the standards, the temperature in various types of residential premises must comply with the following indicators:

• attics and basements - not lower than +4 ° С;
• corridors between apartments - + 16 … + 22 ° С;
• stairwells - + 14 … + 20 ° С;
• bathrooms - not lower than +25 ° С;
• corner rooms - not lower than +20 ° С;
• other living quarters - not lower than +18 ° С.

According to GOST, a temperature of + 16 … + 24 ° C is considered normal for industrial premises, and + 18 … + 25 ° C for residential premises.
