Exercise 5. Squats

This exercise is familiar to all girls who want to get pumped up legs and beautiful buttocks. But not all of them know that there are variations that also affect the chest muscles. You can simultaneously swing your legs, butt and make your chest elastic.

To do this, it is enough to master the correct squatting technique and, during the exercise, join your hands in a lock behind your head. In this case, the elbows should be straightened in one straight line. Squat at least 5 times in one approach, increase the number of repetitions sequentially.
