One evening, after a busy day at work, when my head had already increased in size, I was sitting at my computer and tormenting my own image in Photoshop. Suddenly, one of our annoying geeks' voice is heard behind my back: "This is your face !!!" To which I, without turning, answer: "Come on, come on! It's none of your business!" And at the exclamation mark, I turned my head and … my boss was standing in front of me!

If I were in his place, I would certainly say something so threatening, such as: "How do you talk to your bosses !!!" I would say, even realizing that the phrase "Vali …" was intended not for me, not for the boss. But my boss was not in the least offended and, seeing how my pupils dilated, said: "Nothing, it happens!" True, kind, good boss?

In general, you cannot envy the bosses. It is unlikely that there is at least one office where no bones were washed for the authorities. Rumors, gossip, accusations of usurpation and other delights of "talking behind the eyes", as it were, are part of the burden of a commanding position.

Our boss is just a darling

I say this without any sarcasm. Do you need to take a salary in advance for two or three months? Yes please! A week off? Yes, at least two! Good boss! Do you show personal initiative? So this is just great! In general, I cannot say anything bad. However, with an equal attitude of the boss to all subordinates, there are such citizens in our office who find the conscience to express their dissatisfaction. So it turns out, no matter how good boss was not, but there will be subordinates for him, whom do not feed with bread, but let me say something bad about the chief.

I once tried to conduct such an experiment

One of our infantile employees flies into the office and begins, reveling, complaining that she has no salary either, but she's a super-duper professional and ruining herself for such and such money. Everyone understood perfectly well that this was nothing more than another attack of the poor thing's syndrome. All together had to say to her: "Of course, Masha, you are a professional, you are a super-girl, you have no price!" However, I take it and say: "And you quit! Why are you ruining yourself! With such a talent you will find yourself a good high-paying job!" After that, she sulked at me for six months … Both she and I understood perfectly well that no one left our office in life of their own free will, because the atmosphere here is like in a greenhouse - in winter and summer there is a sea of light and water. And this despite the fact that her talent is very controversial.

Why am I, in fact, telling you all this? Very simple. When we have something, we don't appreciate it. Since Soviet times, there has been a microbe in us that our bosses cannot bear. (Unfortunately, this microbe was planted in us by the Soviet system). Every now and then we complain about life, low-paying jobs, and the like. I do not undertake to speak for everyone, but for me my boss is the person who gave me the job. Which, by the way, closes his eyes to the fact that I hack to the left during working hours. And who, answers: "Nothing, it happens!" When I, albeit by accident, say to him: "Get out of here!"

Of course, I will not bow to him at his feet, but on occasion I will say: "Thank you!"

Of course, there is another kind of bosses: with fangs, horns, hooves … Thank God, I have not met these monsters yet … Which is what I wish for you!
