Supporting the trend of environmental friendliness, the organizers of InterCHARM in the past 2013 presented "ECODOM" - a section dedicated to eco-products for home care. This site generated great interest among exhibition visitors, retailers and media representatives. This year, a new extended section was created, called "Green Valley". Here 49 companies from 20 countries presented more than 100 brands of organic and natural cosmetics, environmentally friendly household chemicals, home care cosmetics, as well as food supplements and nutraceuticals. Cosmetics based on hemp oil and Karlovy Vary salts, live deep-sea algae and Altai herbs - here the guests of the exhibition found the most natural novelties of the season!

Numerous products for home care and personal hygiene products were also presented at the InterCHARM 2014 exposition: liquid and powder detergents, indoor surface cleaners, laundry detergents, disinfectants and sterilizers of manicure, pedicure and cosmetic instruments, equipment and appliances, shower cabins, metal containers, plumbing equipment, skin antiseptics, wet wipes, liquid soap, baby diapers, women's personal care products, air fresheners, automotive chemicals and much more.

In addition to finished products, the exhibition also presented the components that ultimately form the product - raw materials and packaging. In the InterCHARMpack and Formulaction sections, which are rare for such events, participants from Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and Germany presented the latest innovative components and technologies, equipment for the production of perfumery and cosmetics, as well as packaging options and exclusive design.

Australian cosmetics with sheep placenta extract, emu oil, black snail mucin and monoperfumery with the scent of earth and thunderstorms - advanced developments of Russian and foreign companies in the field of technology, format, concept, packaging, ingredients and promotion, were presented by the participants of the popular ZOOM section. The increased attention to this section gives rise to the interesting fact that the products presented here

satisfies the needs of a narrow consumer audience, depending on its race, profession, geography, social status and special interests.

The unprecedented international reach of InterCHARM is back in action this year! 13 countries - Hungary, Germany, Italy, Spain, Poland, Turkey, France, Republic of Korea, China, Taiwan, Thailand and Morocco - have organized their own atmosphere at their stands, acquainting the Russian public with the achievements of their leading companies. Here, visitors saw the full spectrum - from raw materials and packaging to the latest innovations in cosmetic procedures. Along with foreign pavilions, the pavilion of Russian manufacturers was highlighted at the exhibition with traditional patterns.

Soon after the opening of the exhibition, the annual Forum of the directors of the perfumery and cosmetic market “Supplier in the Network” began its work. What perfume and cosmetic product are retailers eager to put on the shelves? How to properly build a dialogue with them? How to choose a suitable network and cooperation option? Armed with knowledge, immediately following the Forum, suppliers within the framework of the "Chain Purchase Center ™" held direct negotiations with top managers of 38 retail chains from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Krasnodar, Kirov and Nizhny Novgorod, including: e5.ru, a chain pharmacies A5, Victoria (Dixie division), AllGood, Platypus, Rigla, Doctor Stoletov, Avoska, Vitrum.

Modern business, as you know, increasingly requires extraordinary marketing solutions - both in terms of the product and in terms of promotion. For the first time, InterCHARM hosted a special program "Neuromarketing: How It Works in the Cosmetics Market", organized by the Russian Perfume and Cosmetic Association (RPKA) and the Institute of Neuroscience and Cognitive Research, Moscow State University for the Humanities named after M. V. M. A. Sholokhov. The strongest in Russian and foreign experts in neuromarketing and related sciences have shed light on little-known but extremely effective techniques. The participants of the seminar learned how to take into account the influence of the smell and texture of the product, how to choose the right design from the set, how to increase the efficiency of the advertising campaign and the work of the site, what to look for when creating advertising images.

As a truly expert event, InterCHARM is intended to be a platform for the exchange of experience and knowledge between new industry specialists and its strong players, between representatives of different areas of the industry at the international level. So, within the framework of the exhibition, the School of Nail Service was held with its bright master classes on classic men's manicure, Zhostovo painting and techniques of incredible patterns on nails. In addition, the speakers of the III International Congress on Podology touched upon highly specialized topics related to the treatment of onychocryptosis, keratolysis of the foot and mycoses, as well as aspects of orthopedics and toenail prosthetics.

Another famous business card of InterCHARM is professional contests and championships. As part of this program component, the best specialists competed in a number of events that took place at the exhibition site.

Competitions for classical and male manicure attaché, combined pedicure, nail modeling, creative design competition with the use of gel polishes, for the best spa technology in pedicure gave the best Russian and foreign juniors and accomplished masters the opportunity to demonstrate their professional skills at InterNailCHARM 2014 Fall Nail Cup & Festival.

The winner in the Combined Pedicure nomination among juniors was Lilia Kovalevskaya, among the masters - Suzanna Beredina, and Natalia Khavronicheva became the best in the correspondence competition; Alexandra Mehesz won the first place in the category "Decor-Design Gel Varnishes". Numerous demonstration performances and shows of Russian and foreign massage schools, stellar master classes with massage novelties, exclusive programs, as well as professional competitions were held under the auspices of the VII International SPA massage championship. The winner of the Championship was Igor Ryabchik (Istra, Moscow Region) with the highest number of competitive points. The second place was taken by Sergey Sheleg (Minsk, Belarus), bronze - by Grigory Chizhevsky (Moscow).

The 15th Open International Makeup Championship of Russia filled the InterCHARM platform with a riot of colors and shine of jewelry embodied in make-up. Fantasy, technique and modern trends were combined by the contestants in bright improvisations, which they created in 45 minutes on the faces of their models. The best in the championship was recognized Nadezhda Valiulina (Ulyanovsk), the second place was taken by Irina Ivanova (Moscow), the third - Svetlana Komarova (Moscow).

Also within the framework of InterCHARM, the VI Championship of hairdressers and stylists of Russia was held - the most prestigious competition in Russia among private masters and their colleagues from beauty salons.

The highlight of the parallel program InterCHARM 2014 was the famous You. Prof. Show.2014, which combined shows and spectacular master classes from the leaders of the region. In the hall filled with professionals, the show presented the guests of the exhibition a master class by top stylist Wella Professionals Alexander Krasheninnikov, followed by master classes on the new collection from Revlon Professional and men's haircuts and shaves from American Crew.
