After that, the resulting wort is poured into wooden barrels from different tree species and aged for up to 30 years, therefore it has a characteristic rich brown color and sweet and sour taste.

The use of balsamic vinegar is characteristic primarily of the traditions of Italy.
Balsamico combined with olive oil makes an excellent salad dressing with a mild and delicate flavor. You can also serve this dressing separately and dip pieces of bread or crisp into it.
Balsamic vinegar can be used as an ingredient in meat or vegetable marinades.
Balsamico perfectly sets off the taste of seafood - for example, it can be added to a salad with avocado and shrimp or risotto with squid. Meat also gets a special flavor color thanks to the addition of vinegar: sprinkle it on the meat during frying, and you will get an exquisite tasty dish.
