Therefore, even a few drops of lemon juice can significantly improve the absorption and digestion of food. But nevertheless, do not forget to consult with your therapist before starting the diet.
The pectin contained in the zest is an irreplaceable source of dietary fiber, which, when it enters the stomach, swells and turns into a kind of jelly, creating a feeling of fullness. At the same time, the rate of absorption of sugar slows down, which also only benefits the figure.
