Scientists led by Dr. Rene A de Wijk set up an experiment. Volunteers were encouraged to try a creamy dessert. At the same time, they smelled different smells. So, smells influenced not only the size of a real bite, but also subsequent bites.
According to experts, a change in taste can lead to a 5-10% reduction in food consumption in one bite. True, the bite also depends on the quality of the product. A small bite is usually done if the product needs to be chewed longer. The experts add that the composition and texture of the product are related to the smell and size of the bite.
Perhaps by controlling the smell and serving size, you can fill up with less food and lose weight quickly.
