It is no secret that the first age-related skin changes become noticeable after about 25 years. The skin gradually loses its elasticity, becomes drier, the first wrinkles appear. These processes are due to a decrease in the amount of hyaluronic acid in the intercellular space.

Hyaluronic acid is a natural component that is initially present in the body. It is responsible for the normal course of metabolism in the skin, ensures its elasticity and moisture.

The maximum amount of hyaluronic acid is present in the skin of newborn babies, then it begins to gradually decrease. But up to 20-25 years, this reduction is minimal.

After 25 years, there is a sharp decline in the concentration of HA, and by the age of 40, about 50% of the maximum values are present in the skin, and by the age of 60, only 10% remains. It is not difficult to guess that the less hyaluronic acid in the skin, the older we look.

It is not so difficult to make up for the lack of this substance: for this there are several methods, united under the general name "biorevitalization". The procedure can be carried out in at least two ways: injection, that is, using a conventional syringe, or non-injection, using a therapeutic laser.

An innovative procedure SoftRay-rejuvenation is based on the second method. In this case, the restoration of the HA balance is performed using a special gel containing fragmented and standard acid molecules that penetrate the skin under the influence of low-intensity laser radiation.

Unlike injection biorevitalization in SoftRay – rejuvenation there are a number of indisputable advantages: complete painlessness, absence of skin microtraumas and the rehabilitation period.

Also, this method does not cause a "withdrawal syndrome", as in the case of traditional biorevitalization, that is, after the course of procedures, the production of one's own hyaluronic acid does not decrease, but rather becomes more intense. Moreover, the method has practically no contraindications, and the result will be noticeable immediately after the procedure.

How does SoftRay rejuvenation work?

Under the influence of low-intensity laser radiation, transport channels are opened in the skin through which active substances can penetrate. Fragmented molecules of hyaluronic acid easily overcome the epidermal barrier, but in order for HA to show its properties, it must polymerize again. This becomes possible again due to the action of the laser.

Having the property of attracting and retaining water, acid is incorporated into the intercellular space, binds and retains the required amount of moisture in the skin.

This process returns the skin to a healthy and radiant appearance, activates its plastic and immune properties, enhances protein synthesis, stimulates cell renewal, and improves blood circulation.

It is important that the procedure solves two problems: it restores the normal level of HA in the skin and stimulates the production of its own endogenous hyaluronic acid.

Beauty Studio cosmetologists Sergey Turchaninov and Olga Sarantseva were among the first to offer SoftRay-rejuvenation to their clients, seeing serious prospects in it.

After all, the procedure can be used both as an independent rejuvenating program, and as part of complex therapy: in conjunction with peels, mesotherapy, contour plastics, various methods of treating post-acne and stretch marks. No less effective is SoftRay-rejuvenation as a supportive technique between courses of injectable biorevitalization, to prolong the action of fillers and mesothreads.

In addition, cosmetologists note an extremely wide audience that may be interested in the procedure. These are women after 40, for whom it is important to restore the functional state of the skin, and girls after 20-25 years, who, with the help of timely prevention, can prolong the youthfulness of the skin and delay the use of more radical methods.

The procedure is also relevant for men who are unlikely to resort to injection therapy, but are increasingly thinking about how to preserve youth, freshness and well-groomed skin by natural methods.
