El Salvador got 758 votes. First, the results of the voting of the jury of the participating countries were announced, at the very end the results of the audience vote were announced. The ratio of jury and audience votes was 50-50.

Interestingly, the artist himself complained during the awarding ceremony: “We live in the world of fast food music. Very little real music. Music is not fireworks, music is feelings."

Unlike the rest of the participants, Sobral did not hold rehearsals in Kiev. The artist has a heart defect, and it is assumed that the 27-year-old artist will undergo surgery by the end of the year.
