Galkin replied that he developed the design of future housing together with domestic architects and designers, including Anatoly Golev and Vera Gorlitsyna. Together they came up with a similar design for a house in the form of a castle. As Maksim assures us, the house is well positioned on the ground, this is the “correct dominant”.
Maxim also enlightened that in general, historically, this village belongs to the famous writer Lev Nikolaevich Tolstoy, these were the possessions of a Russian master. In the 19th century, when Lev Nikolaevich lived, his castle also stood on the same place, and also in the Romanesque Gothic style.
Maxim assures that the drawing was shown to him by Fyokla Tolstaya, the great-great-great-granddaughter of the famous writer. She also showed Maxim a drawing that belonged to her grandfather. It depicts a manor house that stood in the same place. The foundation of the old house is literally 100 meters from the foundation of the new building.
