  • orange peel - 1 tsp

For decor:

  • tangerine - 7 pcs.;
  • cane sugar - 100 g;
  • juice - 100 ml;
  • water - 100 ml;
  • rosemary - 1 sprig;
  • cinnamon - 1 pc.

Preparation:

  • Melt the chocolate in any convenient way.
  • Soften the butter, then beat with the addition of cane sugar. Introduce one egg at a time while continuing to beat.

  • Add to the resulting mass both types of flour, cocoa and baking powder. Bring to homogeneity.
  • Send the cooled chocolate to the blank and mix everything again.

  4. Put the form with the dough in the oven heated to 180 degrees. Bake for 25 minutes.
  5. While the biscuit is baking, you can make the jelly. Pour gelatin with three tablespoons of cold water and leave for 20 minutes.
  6. Chop the kiwi into pieces and send to the skillet. Pour in 150 g of sugar and wait until the workpiece boils. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. Then let cool.
  7. Melt gelatin in a steam bath.
  8. Moisten the sponge cake with cooked kiwi.

  12. As soon as the cream becomes moderately thick, send 200 grams of sour cream to it. Beat everything for a few minutes.
  13. Remove the cake from the refrigerator and form a top layer of the cream.
  14. Sprinkle the dessert with milk chocolate shavings. Put in the refrigerator for an hour and a half.
  15. Remove the cake, place it on a nice plate and place the kiwi slices on top. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
