The fifth season of the Beauty for a Million project is coming to an end. The last of the season participants, Anastasia, is approaching her finale. After a series of major operations, her next turn is a visit to the dentist.

Thanks to the Beauty for a Million project, I got the chance to have my teeth whitened. I have never performed such a procedure before, but the desire was there. And I am very glad that right now such an opportunity has appeared.

So, before doing the teeth whitening itself, I had to go through one mandatory procedure - professional oral hygiene. For this I was invited to the "CM-Clinic". The reception was, as always, on the level. The teeth were brushed very quickly, without pain, the doctor did everything efficiently, in my opinion.

A week later, I came back to the appointment, this time for teeth whitening. And then a surprise awaited me.

First of all, the doctor told about this procedure. And then I found out that it is impossible to predict the result of whitening initially. The fact is that a lot here depends on how the chemical reaction will proceed, and no one can predict this. Therefore, if you are promised to whiten your teeth by two or three tones, then, to put it mildly, the doctor is cunning.

I liked that SM-Stomatology immediately drew attention to this. Still, it's nice when a doctor is honest with you.

Further, when the whitening procedure began, I felt severe pain. It turned out that this was due to the sensitive enamel. There was nothing to be done, because for about 1, 5 hours I just endured. And there was a reason: the result was excellent! The teeth are two shades whiter than the original color. Moreover, the shade turned out to be very harmonious, natural.

To consolidate the whitening effect, for the next two weeks I was prescribed a "white" diet. Namely - do not consume drinks and food that can stain the enamel. Also, two weeks later, you need to see the dentist again.

Am I happy with the result? Undoubtedly! Will I dare to whiten my teeth again? I'm not sure here, because the procedure was too painful for me.

Doctors said that if you take proper care of your teeth, the effect can last up to two years. So I will try!

Also, immediately after the procedure, it is very important to exclude from the diet foods and drinks that can stain the enamel.
