Now the star is filming in the new project of the Wachowski brothers "Cloud Atlas". Filming takes place in Spain, and a couple of days ago, Holly, who changed her hair for the sake of a new film, was spotted on one of the beaches with her daughter Nala and boyfriend Olivier Martinez. And yesterday there was an unfortunate incident - the actress stumbled, leaving the mansion rented for the film crew.
Berry was taken to a nearby clinic where she was given a cast. But they did not even talk about "sick leave". The directors insisted that the actress continue shooting. Although now Holly will be brought to the set in a wheelchair, shot up to the waist, and in some scenes, a stunt double will appear in the frame instead.
The Cloud Atlas is an adaptation of the book of the same name by David Mitchell. The novel consists of six stories, with events taking place in different regions of the world, both in the past and in the future. Three directors are working on the film adaptation at once: Tom Tykwer, as well as Lana and Andy Wachowski. By the way, for Holly this is already the second experience of working with the famous duo - ten years ago, the Wachowskis filmed the actress in the movie Swordfish.
In addition to Berry, Hugo Weevierg, Tom Hanks, Susan Sarandon, Hugh Grant take part in the film. It is assumed that the picture will be released on a wide screen in November 2012.
By now, the fragments of the tape, which were filmed in Scotland, have been completed. Several pictures have appeared on the web. Judging by the costumes, the events of the episode, on which Tykver is working, unfolds in the 70s of the last century. It is noteworthy that one of the stories from the original book dates back to 1975. However, her characters were set in California, not Scotland.
