Now pour sugar into a saucepan with a thick bottom, pour milk, cream and glucose syrup. And we cook caramel, like syrup, up to 115 ° C. Immediately pour the peanuts, which were dried in the oven, into the finished caramel, mix and pour into a form covered with parchment. - Take the pan again, pour the powder into it, pour in water, glucose syrup and cook to 120 ° C.

- Put half the pineapple pieces and half the chopped nuts on the cream.
- Now we take biscuit cubes, dip them in cream and spread them in an even layer, and the subsequent layers should be smaller than the other, so that the result is a slide. In this case, alternate the layer of biscuit with nuts and fruits.
- The resulting slide of biscuit, pineapple and nuts is completely coated with cream.
- Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath. Cool the glaze a little, put it in a culinary bag and pour over the surface of the dessert.
- Put the finished cake in the refrigerator for 3 hours before serving.
