Ingredients:
- 500 g ground beef;
- 100 g of boiled rice;
- 1 onion;
- 1 egg;
- 20 g butter.
For gravy:
- 700 ml of meat broth;
- 1 tbsp. l. flour;
- 1 onion;
- 1 carrot;
- 2 tbsp. l. tomato paste;
- 4 tbsp. l. sour cream;
- 1 tsp Sahara;
- 2-3 cloves of garlic (optional);
- 1 bay leaf;
- 8 black peppercorns;
- salt and ground pepper to taste;
- dill and parsley.
Preparation:
- First of all, for frying, finely chop the onion and fry it in a mixture of butter and vegetable oils until light golden brown for 4-5 minutes.
- We send the fried onions into minced meat along with boiled rice, egg, salt and pepper. Knead everything well until smooth and put it in a cool place for half an hour.
- At this time, cut the onion into small cubes, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, and finely chop the herbs and garlic.
- In a dry frying pan, fry the flour until light brown and set it aside for now.
- Saute the onion until light golden, and then fry it with the carrots for 2-2.5 minutes.
- Add tomato paste to vegetables and fry for another minute.
- Pour in 550 ml of broth, mix, bring to a boil, and then simmer over low heat under a lid for 15 minutes.
Add sour cream to the fried flour, pour in the remaining broth and stir until smooth
- We sculpt balls from chilled minced meat, roll in flour and fry for one and a half minutes on each side.
- We put the meatballs in a mold and return to the tomato sauce, which we interrupt in a blender or rub through a sieve.
- Return the sauce to the pan, bring to a boil, then add herbs with garlic, sugar. Pour in the sour cream sauce and boil for 3-4 minutes with constant stirring.
- Then, if necessary, add salt, put bay leaf and peppercorns, boil for another 5 minutes.
Fill the meatballs with sauce and bake in an oven preheated to 190 ° C for 20 minutes

- Pour rice into a saucepan with boiling water and after boiling, cook for 10 minutes.
- Chop the onion into small cubes and sauté it in vegetable oil for 3 minutes.
Add carrots to the onion and fry for a couple of minutes
Then add flour, salt, sugar, ground paprika to the vegetables and add chopped tomatoes. Mix everything well
After a minute, add black pepper, pour in water, stir, bring to a boil
- Place the bay leaf and turn off the stove.
- Put the minced meat in a bowl, put salt, coriander, dried herbs, pepper and mix everything well.

- 500 g minced meat;

- 3 cloves of garlic;
- 1 potato;
