If you would like to add height to yourself in a bathing suit, it is better not to wear sandals or high-heeled shoes. Sandals with cork or thick rope soles are ideal shoes for the beach. And on the sandy shore, and where there are many small pebbles or shells under your feet, a thick sole - a platform - will always help out. Modern materials allow such flip flops to be made weightless. And this is the first thing that tired legs will appreciate. However, avoid lace-up sandals if you have wide ankles.

Even on the beach, you can show the world your desire for extravagance: on one leg a slipper is white, on the other - black. You don't have to comb the stores to get such an original pair of shoes - after agreeing with a friend whose foot size matches yours, buy two pairs of inexpensive slippers of different colors and make a fun exchange!

And the last thing. Summer legsexposed to wind, sun and dust, require careful maintenance. In addition to the usual washing with soap, it is helpful to rub your feet with a brush or pumice stone. A bath with soda and sea salt (a handful of sea salt and a tablespoon of baking soda for three liters of warm water) very well cleanses and tones the skin of the feet. It is helpful to rub the skin of the sole and between the toes with a lemon peel. For the health of the veins in the legs, light preventive massage of the legs from the bottom up, cool baths and dousing of the legs are very useful.

If you sweat your feet, do daily baths at night from a decoction of oak bark (50 - 100 g per 3 - 5 liters of water) or infusion of sage and nettle (50 - 100 g of a mixture per 3 - 5 liters of water). Another infusion is from the bark of white willow, mint leaves or elderberry. In addition, it is recommended to take inside the infusion of sage and nettle (15 g of dry leaves in 0.5 liters of water) twice a day for 1/4 cup for four weeks. A good effect is given by table salt: throw two handfuls in a basin of water and hold your feet in it for 10 minutes, then sprinkle with talcum powder or grease with foot cream. Instead of salt, you can pour 1 cup of vinegar into the basin.
