- ground black pepper;
- hot peppers;
- ginger root - 1 cm;
- dill - 4 branches;
- garlic - 2 cloves.
Preparation:
- Wash the zucchini, carrots and dill. Let them dry. Peel the carrots.
- Chop the zucchini into circles, and pass the carrots through a Korean vegetable grater. Put the blanks in a bowl and sprinkle with salt.
- Mix everything well. Leave the vegetables for half an hour so that they are properly salted. Stir them periodically. The zucchini should give juice.
- Chop the dill and hot pepper, garlic. Peel the ginger and chop finely.
Stir the oil, soy sauce and lemon juice in a bowl. Add some ground pepper

- Heat a frying pan with a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Send zucchini there.
- Chop green onions and garlic, toss over the zucchini.
- Add sesame oil, salt, sugar and both types of ground pepper to the dish. Mix and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and simmer vegetables in a skillet for a couple of minutes.

- olive oil - 1 tsp;

- apple cider vinegar 6% - 2 tbsp l.;
- ground red pepper - ½ tsp;
- soy sauce - 1 tbsp l.;
- honey - 2 tsp
Preparation:
- Refuel first. To do this, mix chopped garlic with vinegar, soy sauce, ground red pepper and honey.
- Chop the zucchini into small slices. If the vegetable is large, then cut it into halves of rings.
- Peel and grate the carrots. You can also cut into thin and long bars.
- Put prepared vegetables in separate containers, salt. Mix thoroughly and leave in the room for half an hour. The vegetables should give juice.

Ingredients:
- zucchini - 400 g;
- carrots - 100 g;
- sweet pepper - ½ pc.;
- garlic - 3 cloves;
- sugar - 2 tsp;
- salt - ½ tsp;
- spices for Korean carrots - 1 tbsp. l.;
- vinegar 9% - 3 tsp;
- oil - 2 tbsp. l.;
- parsley and basil - 30 g.
Preparation:
- To prepare the dressing, take a deep bowl and pour in vegetable oil and vinegar. Mix and add salt, sugar, Korean carrot seasoning.
- Zucchini to pass through a grater for Korean carrots. Grind the carrots in the same way.
- Chop the pepper into strips, preferably very thin. Send the slices to the rest of the vegetables.
- Chop the parsley and basil as small as possible. Send to workpiece.
