- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
Preparation:
- Peel the carrots, rinse under the tap, chop with a special grater for Korean carrots. Put all the grated carrots in a deep container.
- Peel the garlic cloves and chop finely with a knife or pass through the garlic.
- Add chopped garlic cloves to carrots.
- Pour in granulated sugar. If the carrots have a sweet taste, then you can put a little less sugar.
- Add a few teaspoons of table salt to the vegetables.
- Top with a little vinegar.
- Add special seasoning from a bag, mix all the ingredients, squeezing a little. Leave the carrots for about 15 minutes, during which time it will let out enough juice.
- Place a dry frying pan on medium heat, pour in sunflower oil and heat. Put onions, cut into medium slices. After the onion has acquired a golden color, you can take it out of the oil with a slotted spoon and discard it.
- Pour boiling oil quickly onto grated carrots, mix thoroughly. In order for the appetizer to be well marinated with spices, you need to put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

Korean carrots with mushrooms

The mushrooms added to the dish are saturated with the aromas of spices and garlic, acquiring an incredible taste. - 3 carrots;
- 500 grams of champignons;
- 6 cloves of garlic;
- 1 blue onion;
- 50 ml vinegar;
- 70 ml of sunflower oil;

- 1/3 pod of hot red pepper;
- 2/3 teaspoon granulated sugar;
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 pieces of lettuce leaves;
- 4 sprigs of dill.
Preparation:
- Rinse mushrooms and carrots under the tap, remove all darkened areas and carefully cut off the ends.
- Put the mushrooms in a saucepan, add water and bring to a boil. Add salt to taste, cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
- Chop the carrots with a special grater to get long enough pieces. If there is no special grater, you can chop the vegetable with a thin-bladed knife.
- Put grated carrots in a deep bowl, you can mash it with your hands a little to make the juice stand out.
Add granulated sugar and table salt, ground black pepper, garlic cloves passed through a press. Thoroughly grind the coriander seeds in a mortar, pour over the carrots. Thanks to this technique, the dish will acquire a pleasant aroma of spices
- Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and pour it very quickly over the vegetables.
- At the very end, pour in table vinegar, mix all the ingredients well.
- Cut the mushrooms into thin quarters, add to the carrots. Small mushrooms can be left intact.
- Peel the head of blue onions, cut into thin half rings. Chop fresh dill and lettuce finely. All chopped ingredients are also added to the carrots.
- To make the salad spicy, you can add a few chopped red chilli pepper rings to it.
