The ranks of Russian celebrities dissatisfied with the NTV channel's policies are rapidly expanding. But if earlier many stars called to simply ignore the channel, now some have decided to defend their good name in court. As reported, the famous performer of the chanson Stas Mikhailov filed a lawsuit demanding compensation in the amount of 10 million rubles.

The popular singer did not like very much that the staff of the TV channel used his images without obtaining prior consent. "The court received a lawsuit from Mikhailov against NTV, in which he claims that without his consent, his image was shown on the Central Television program," the press secretary of the Presnensky court in Moscow told RIA Novosti.

In what context and in which episode of the program the artist's image was used is not yet clear. However, the star insists that for such an arbitrariness, the TV channel simply needs to be punished by collecting an impressive amount from it.

Another chanson star, Elena Vaenga, recently made similar claims on NTV. The artist demands to collect 15 million rubles in her favor for showing her photographs and disclosing some information about her personal life.

Recall that in October a number of stars decided to boycott the TV channel, after the details of the personal life of the singer Nikolai Baskov were discussed in the program "Sincere Confession". Moreover, the voice-over announced that "he finally lost his way from the right path of the Basques in the late 90s."

The tenor was extremely indignant. “Now for me the NTV channel simply does not exist! It's a matter of principle! " - said Nikolay. Baskov was supported by Anastasia Volochkova, who appealed to colleagues who "retained their honor and dignity" with an appeal "not to participate in the programs of this destructive channel."
