The menu of Tanuki restaurants is updated twice a year. As always, the conceptual brand chef Oleg Chakryan focuses on rich tastes, multi-component recipes and the author's presentation of Pan-Asian cuisine. In the autumn-winter season, new items are inspired by the culinary traditions of Japan, China, Thailand, Vietnam, Korea and India.

First of all, you should pay attention to the author's rolls. Original "Marble Mango" with shrimp, fresh mango and rare marble nori. Takeshi is an unusual combination of scallop, salmon and sweet citrus sauce. Traditionally, warm rolls were prepared for the cold season - a roll with seared salmon, a baked Matsuo roll with eel, and a bright Sweet Yuzu with tuna and salmon.

The line of temaki, a kind of nori envelopes that are insanely popular in Japan, has been replenished with four new flavors: crab, salmon with yuzu sauce, tuna and scallop. Another reading of Japanese cuisine is open handrolls.

New items can be found in all sections of the menu: in soups - a version of the already familiar Ramen, but with shrimps; appetizers - salmon and yellowtail tataki, mushrooms in Kazoku breading, shrimps in kataifi dough. We would like to highlight the salad "Hoisin Duck". The duck is cooked for him for more than a day, by analogy with the famous "Peking duck": marinated, fried, deep-fried and served on a pillow of greens and fruits with Hoisin sauce.

The hot dishes are modern versions of classic recipes: shrimp noodles in a spicy curry, beef tenderloin medallions with baked pepper sauce, sea bass fillet with spinach and creamy teriyaki.

The updated menu also offers to try a couple of signature desserts: "Cherry Suprem" and "Golden Yuzu". The latter is wonderful both in taste and shape: mousse of Asian citrus yuzu with raspberry marmalade covered with white chocolate velor.

On the bar menu, guests of the restaurant will be greeted with seven new seasonal punches, mulled wine and non-alcoholic twists on them. The tea list will add fruit combinations from all over the world - from Russian cloudberries to tropical mangoes and passionfruit. Among alcoholic cocktails there are several mixes with rum.

“A new menu is always a new experiment,” says Oleg Chakryan, conceptual brand chef. - I like to take an interesting ingredient and watch how it manifests itself in different combinations and different recipes. For example, yuzu fruit found its place with rolls, temaki, sauces, and desserts. Shrimp sounds differently in soups, salads and appetizers.
