Cooking method:

Sift flour into a bowl, add sugar, softened butter and 1/3 coconut flakes. Knead the elastic dough, roll into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Preheat oven to 190 ° C. Prepare 2 round fireproof molds of different sizes, grease them with oil. On a floured table, roll out the dough into 2 circles around the diameter of the molds. Transfer the dough to them and bake until light brown, 15 minutes.
