- 1 tbsp. l. cocoa powder;
- 1 tsp baking powder;
- 1 tsp baking soda;
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar;
- 1 tsp vanillin;
- 0.5 tsp table salt.
The main stages of preparation:
In a deep container, the sifted flour is combined with cocoa, baking powder and salt. Everything is gently mixed with a spoon several times
With a mixer, beat the softened butter for about 2 minutes. After that, granulated sugar is added to it and everything is whipped again until maximum homogeneity
Chicken eggs with half a teaspoon of vanillin and red food coloring are beaten in a separate plate at minimum speed
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar is poured into kefir (1, 5 cups). The mixture is mixed and set aside for 7-10 minutes. This is called buttermilk

In a deep container, sifted flour, sifted cocoa powder and sugar are combined. Everything is gently mixed with a wooden spatula several times. In another bowl, all the liquid ingredients are mixed - kefir, vegetable oil, eggs and food coloring
