Anything - your goal is to find out if your hands are really vulnerable to unforgiving time in the first place? And can careful hand care exclude an unpleasant moment when it becomes clear to everyone around: your hands betray your entire age, or even add a dozen or two years to you.

In the meantime, while you are busy with the serious theoretical part of your research, try to put into practice a few of the following tips for caring for your hands.

  • Housework is the main enemy of the smoothness and softness of the skin of your hands. And if you cannot completely eliminate this harmful factor from life, gloves (rubber or thread) are an excellent way out! Of course, putting on gloves in order to rinse a couple of teacups is advice, to put it mildly, not intended for the realities of life.   • There are two types of hand creams - moisturizing and protective. Protective is best used during the day, as it covers the skin with a special film. By the way, "radical" protective creams can be bought at the pharmacy - these are the so-called professional products for doctors who have to wash their hands an infinite number of times a day. Use a moisturizing hand cream at night. In order not to forget about this obligatory procedure, place the tube of cream directly on the bedside table. Or next to the lamp switch - that is, where it will be reachable, even if you have already settled down and are terribly reluctant to get up for forgotten hand cream. Over time, applying cream to your hands at night will become as natural for you as brushing your teeth. By the way, just one regular, everyday use of hand cream will make their skin almost perfect.
  • For the skin of the hands, you need to periodically use scrubs (a body scrub is quite suitable) or hard washcloths - by exfoliating keratinized particles, you help the skin to remain young (exfoliation stimulates the regeneration process). Regular use of exfoliating products (once a week is enough) will help you avoid the pigmentation that often accompanies aging of the skin on your hands. And it looks just awful!
  • By the way, I suggest you set aside a day for your hands once a week: masks and peels, and then a manicure - in a word, everything that is a holiday for your hands, and real relaxation for your nerves. So, hand skin masks

1. Add a little honey and sour cream to the rest of the brewed coffee. "Lather" your hands with this mass, massage and wash off.

  • Each time making a hand mask, massage the skin, only very gently, trying not to stretch it. This is a base for varnish; gloss varnish with which you cover your nails over regular varnish; varnish, "cementing" the usual, colored, allowing it to hold much longer; varnish that makes your nails hard, does not allow them to exfoliate and break … In short, there is something to choose. Did you know that a familiar metal file is the cause of split nails? This is a proven fact. From now on, use a special cardboard with the so-called "diamond coating". Drive it in only one direction, and not out of the "back and forth" habit: this file very quickly cuts off unnecessary things, there is a risk of overdoing it a little.
  • Surely, you have heard that nowadays the alternative method of conventional manicure is "dry". "Dry manicure" is a hardware procedure when a softening solution is applied to the cuticles, and then the "excess", rough skin is removed using a special machine with various attachments. This method is becoming more and more popular because the risk of injury is reduced to almost zero, namely wounds and infections, in our "turbulent" time, and visitors to manicure salons are wary (and rightly so). By the way, such a machine for "dry manicure" can be bought for home use. If you prefer a salon manicure, pay attention to the fact that every decent salon has in the list of offers not only, in fact, a manicure, but also special procedures for caring for your hands with the help of professional cosmetics. You can sometimes pamper yourself!
  • Hands are your main "production tool", both when you are engaged in physical labor, and when you "create" with a keyboard or ballpoint pen.
